Not a trustworthy company - For a company promising integrity they are lacking in much of it themselves. Continually raise prices if you get lots of reviews and then selectively raise up the negative ones to get you to sign up. I would stay away from them on many fronts.

Lousy - When I signed up for a paid account with Trustpilot, I was oversold by Sales on many things, amongst them, the versatility of this integration. It can't put reviews on category pages properly. When I shared this, they gave me a huge workaround and told me it was my site. Nope, my BC developer explained that their app was coded wrong for BC, and they were like, yeah, it won't get fixed. The limitations with the other dimensions of this app resulted in us just custom coding all of our Trustpilot widgets ourselves - it wasn't worth trying to hack the app. Many other shortcomings, but these are the highlights.

ALLOWS FAKE REVIEWS AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS - After struggling with several years of using Trustpilot in dealing with ONE mentally disturbed "reviewer", I can attest that Trustpilot CANNOT be trusted! Out of years of hundreds of ACTUAL (and good reviews), one unhinged competitor has been allowed by Trustpilot to continue to post fake attack "reviews" over and over in repeated multiple reviews, attacking us without a corresponding purchase to be made. His slanderous attack "reviews" are the ONLY bad review we ever received and Trustpilot staff cannot see the pattern or discern any malice which is amazing. I think the decision-makers that work for Trustpilot must be complete morons who have no sense of what is valid and what is fake. We have removed the entire system from our company and would STRONGLY urge any company to NEVER use Trustpilot. Once a review is made on your company, Trustpilot KEEPS THE REVIEW ONLINE FOREVER even if you disconnect the account or delete the account! STAY AWAY FROM disTRUSTPILOT!

Terrible Implementation & Support - Absolutely terrible implementation and customer support. The implementation manager and customer support manager did not know or understand their own product, leading to frustration and wasted time. Every time we contacted them they made us feel like we were bothering them. When we threatened to leave, they put their "A" team on our account and we still had issues. We have been a Big Commerce customer for over 7 years. We use quite a few apps. We do not recommend Trust Pilot. Save yourself a lot of aggravation - find another solution.
