Do NOT Trust Trustpilot - They allow reviews from anyone on the internet. Even if the reviewer has the incorrect company, they allow the reviews. They are now claiming they have some BS computer that can tell if the review is bogus, BOGUS! We have competitors purposely giving false reviews and it is allowed by these scam artist. Lousy - When I signed up for a paid account with Trustpilot, I was oversold by Sales on many things, amongst them, the versatility of this integration. It can't put reviews on category pages properly. When I shared this, they gave me a huge workaround and told me it was my site. Nope, my BC developer explained that their app was coded wrong for BC, and they were like, yeah, it won't get fixed. The limitations with the other dimensions of this app resulted in us just custom coding all of our Trustpilot widgets ourselves - it wasn't worth trying to hack the app. Many other shortcomings, but these are the highlights.

ALLOWS FAKE REVIEWS AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS - After struggling with several years of using Trustpilot in dealing with ONE mentally disturbed "reviewer", I can attest that Trustpilot CANNOT be trusted! Out of years of hundreds of ACTUAL (and good reviews), one unhinged competitor has been allowed by Trustpilot to continue to post fake attack "reviews" over and over in repeated multiple reviews, attacking us without a corresponding purchase to be made. His slanderous attack "reviews" are the ONLY bad review we ever received and Trustpilot staff cannot see the pattern or discern any malice which is amazing. I think the decision-makers that work for Trustpilot must be complete morons who have no sense of what is valid and what is fake. We have removed the entire system from our company and would STRONGLY urge any company to NEVER use Trustpilot. Once a review is made on your company, Trustpilot KEEPS THE REVIEW ONLINE FOREVER even if you disconnect the account or delete the account! STAY AWAY FROM disTRUSTPILOT!

Terrible Implementation & Support - Absolutely terrible implementation and customer support. The implementation manager and customer support manager did not know or understand their own product, leading to frustration and wasted time. Every time we contacted them they made us feel like we were bothering them. When we threatened to leave, they put their "A" team on our account and we still had issues. We have been a Big Commerce customer for over 7 years. We use quite a few apps. We do not recommend Trust Pilot. Save yourself a lot of aggravation - find another solution.

Not free and not cheap - Without paying almost £ 200 a month, this app becomes completely useless.In the free version, you can only collect company opinions and we have access to only two badges, showing an average rating.You can also collect product reviews in the free version - but you won't do anything about them unless you pay £ 200 / month. Product feedback widgets are only in the paid version.There are some other better apps that offer more in the free version than Trustpilot in the paid version.

Great Addition - This was a great addition to our website. It not only gives us a chance to hear from our customers, but provides credibility to our business. With all the eCommerce websites popping up all over you need to set yourself apart as a trusted business.

Good but Not the Greatest. Good Value Though - Good but not great. We got it to get verified reviews on google. So far so good, decent value. Compared to yotpo, this app is lacking but yotpo is way more. For simple verified reviews, this works fine.
