The Best FIlter and Search App - The Mezereon Search and Filter App has far exceeded my expectations. Andrew and the team at Mezereon have gone above and beyond to assist in configuring our website/theme to optimal performance. They responded immediately with knowledgeable and professional service. Within minutes of installing the app, Mezereon reached out to help configure the app and assist with any questions that I had. The filter and search results load extremely fast and is a huge upgrade to our previous filter that was lacking in both speed and stability. Additionally, the Mezereon app works great on mobile devices. The entire filter and search is customizable to provide the best results and conversions. They are more than just a search and filter… their analytics are incredible! I have seen an uptick in my conversions since installing this app into my website. I would give them 10 stars if I could! The best search/filter solution by far - Like most Bigcommerce store users, we were never satisfied with the standard Bigcommerce filters and search setup. It's clunky and not the fastest on the frontend. Before using this app we went through all the big players and always found that they only covered about 75% of the features we were looking for and carried a pretty heavy price tag. Also most times we'd request features we'd just kind of get told, it is what it is. Then I came across this app and I wish I would have right away. Other than all features being covered, the support is top notch. Since using the app I've requested a bunch of features and they've all been delivered. Finally, 100% of the features being covered! It's also super easy to change the markup in the livesearch dropdown, usually that's not available. Need to add in custom fields? No problem! Here's some of the features other apps lack and this excels at:- Super easy rule system for setting facets per category and brand pages- Ability to drag and drop values within facets (huge when you have alpha numeric data)- An ACTUAL category tree facet- Ability to expose ALL data within the product API to be used within the system, not just limited to the standard fieldsIf you feel like you're only getting about 75% of the features in your current setup, definitely get the free trial a try.
