Disappointing. Better Alternatives - We tried to use TrueLoyal (Zinrelo) for a few years. The software wasn't great. We only used it because UPS was paying for it. Last year when we renewed, we didn't update the contract to get rid of a couple of modules we were using. TrueLoyal refused to refund those modules because the renewal contract was executed. Mind you the renewal is 30 days prior to the actual start of the contract. We were told it was impossible to refund for the modules we do not use. We used the software for another year with little utilization. We attempted to negotiate but our price was too low so we got rid of the service. Their prices increased so if we didn't resign at the current price, they couldn't help us. The service was less than stellar. There seem to be better alternatives on the market. We would not recommend the software.
