FRAUDS. DO NOT USE AS OF 2025 - FRAUDS. DO NOT USE THIS APP AS OF 2025. For 1, how do you go from a $20 to a $99 subscription? Ive never seen a subscription plan for reviews. This company also holds your reviews if you dont upgrade to a higher subscription. Also, you are only allowed 30 reviews for $20, and then jumps to $99 for 250 reviews. UNLINK YOUR CARD OR THEY WILL SECRETLY ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOUR CARD MULTIPLE TIMES. (GOOD THING I BLOCKED THEM FROM CHARGING MY CARD) DO NOT USE THIS APP WHATSOEVER. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD AND SUE THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE - We utilized Targetbay for about 6 months. While the support was fantastic, there are so many bugs with the system, the app is not user friendly whatsoever and they will hold your reviews almost hostage. There is absolutely no way for you to export your reviews once TargetBay has them in their system. You must ask for them to be sent to you. The system is very difficult to use and find where things are and I had to have them fix so many things because it didn't properly work or I couldn't find where to do it myself. We also noticed our Google Customer reviews went from 700+ down when we first switched to them to 406 before I cancelled our plan with TargetBay. No one could tell me why the reviews kept disappearing or why the Google connection wasn't working properly. In 15 years of having our website, I consider myself relatively good at implementing things/small coding etc... TargetBay frustrated me so badly. Beware!

Outstanding support and features - We've recently switched to TargetBay Product Reviews and the service and support have been exceptional. We had run into a few hiccups along the way but the response from TargetBay is incredible. They are great at what they do and their follow-through is the best I have experienced. Mace has been wonderful in his response to all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend
