Reliable tool, responsive customer service - Before finding this tool, we had a custom programmed product to create photo and text graphics for printed products. We wanted something that would work with our new Bigcommerce store that didn't require custom programming. This worked right out of the box. It took a little bit of learning to understand how to correctly set up our templates, but the great news is that with each question or issue I came across, the service techs responded to me within the next day. With their help, I set up custom templates for all of our products. The tool is reliable and easy for our customers to use when on a Mac or PC, but the on a mobile phone, it's a little less intuitive for customers to understand where to click. Those issues are usually resolved with a little customer support from us. I would definitely recommend for any business producing custom products that are more intricate and involved.
