Awful Support and App doesn't work - Since day one the app did not work for me. I've been paying $50 (which is kind of a rip-off for what you get) and have not been able to use the app, and support does not help and doesn't reach out. Take your money and time elsewhere.

Works well - Great app and works well. We've had lots of customers sign up for the alerts so it certainly seems to be making a difference to our sales. Their tech support team was very helpful when we had a couple of small issues, which they resolved very quickly.

Great Upgrade - We've used two other apps from the app store over the last 7 years, but needed to find a new solution since the previous was no longer reliable. Swym has been very responsive with the custom requests that we had. We really like the advanced features that they offer, that no one else does like the ability to specify the minimum amount of inventory to have on hand to trigger alerts and wave sending emails. Overall it's been a great experience so far.

Challenge to Get Live - But once working seamless - As we are a fully headless setup Swym were one of the few options we were able to integrate with.It did take a while to get up and running, with much back and forth however, now its implemented it is all seemingly working well - just a few issues and support is responsive which is great to see

Works as described and good support - We have recently installed this add-on and have been very happy with the way it has worked. We did have a small issue when we changed the owner email address, but the support team were very helpful and responsive in resolving this.We also didn't fully realise that if a product was not tracked for inventory (i.e. fully open and available for sale with no stock qty tracked) it wasn't counted as "In Stock" for the purposes of this add-on, but we decided that setting a high stock figure for any such products was acceptable in order to allow the triggers to work as intended.Overall very happy with it and will be installing on a second site shortly.

Fulfills a long time feature request - We long been intending to implement a feature to let our customers known when a product comes back in stock. The back in stock app by Swym has solved that business need for us. Support has been extremely helpful in getting the app going to our specifications.

Highly Recommended!! - This app is a life saver! We had been struggling with countless phone calls and customer inquiries about out of stock products on a daily basis. We knew there must be a better way that customers could be notified when something came back in stock. Came across another company that uses this app on their site and we loved the feature! We installed the app and setup was easy, support is great and friendly, even on a weekend! We needed a certain function of the app customized, the support team handled it without any trouble. The conversion of customers following through to place their order has been impressive. We also use this app daily on our website in our brick in mortar store with our in store customers to have it send them the automatic email instead of them checking back with us constantly throughout the week. If customers are driving you crazy asking when something is coming back in stock, don't hesitate, get this app!

Top Notch Service, Excellent Product - We came to these folks at the height of the coronavirus pandemic, when our food products were literally flying off the shelves. They worked quickly, efficiently to install this app, and to upgrade us when it became apparent that we would need the enterprise solution to manage demand. Every interaction was pleasant, thorough, clear, friendly, helpful, compassionate. The product has saved our customer service staff hours and is helping reduce customers' panic about not getting what they want. Works like a charm - After unsuccessfully trying several of the other out-of-stock apps, I'm so glad I found "Back in Stock". Their customer service was extremely responsive and helpful, the app works beautifully. In fact, in the first few days after launching the app we've already received 47 notifications and made a sale. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking for a top-notch out of stock customer notification tool.

Best I've Tried - I tried several different in stock alert apps, and none of them choose the variant (sizing, in my case) except Swym. I also really like the way the "email me when available" shows up compared to other apps I tried using. I'm pleased with this app!

Not so good. - The app frequently does not work and customer service is slow to address the issues. There is no way to remove data from old alert requests, or delete request data from discontinued products. This causes a huge amount of data to be sorted through to dig out the info you need. We had to set up a separate spreadsheet just to work the number to figure out how many requests we had for a given item.
