Aliexpress imports doesnt work - Do not use Spocket if you are going to import Aliexpress products. I paid for the Unicorn plan which includes being able to import 25,000 products. I was only able to import 4700 products and then starting getting errors. I contacted Spocket customer service and they said they were gong to get with the technical team and let me know something in 24-48 hours. Over 10 days passed and I hadnt heard from the technical team and the issue was still happening. Spocket customer service just kept saying that the technical team were looking at the issue but I never heard anything from the technical team. I told Spocket I wanted a refund because there software didnt work. I got a response from Spocket that they werent going give me a refund, so I disputed the transaction with my payment provider.Dont use Spocket if you are going to use it to import Aliexpress products because the software doesnt work and you never hear from the technical team.It seems that Spocket only cares about getting their money and they dont care if the software works or not.

Prinz was extremely helpful!! - Prinz answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. From the other reviews it looks like this place has some of the best products. I will look around to confirm but I'm pretty satisfied so will likely be going with Sprocket for my store.

Good Help and Good Advise - This company has great products and does well when you connect them to go over, set up, or any problems that might jump in. I've tested the products and they were good as I gifted them to friends who liked the items. Always great to connect with them if you have any concerns and they are very helpful. After looking for help due to a customer Spencer did quite well with the help he provided. He is one I connected with this month and lets you know they are there for help. Good job!

Do not use - Please do not use this company. They will charge your account 3 or 4 times at a time even if you cancel your subscription. Because of them I have $300 worth of return check fees. Please don't give them your information. Beware of some of the positive reviews. Some just might be fake.
