Great Search App - The built in BigCommerce search is very basic, and practically un-customizable. Searchanize takes it to a whole new level. There are all kinds of options related to search function and displaying results. Their support is very responsive and has always solved our noob issues.

pretty good - Much better search results than the native BC functionality. Also price point is right where it needs to be.Search results appeared perfectly with one theme, I changed themes and spacing or something was not right on desktop so results showed below the rest of the page contents. They put in a header script for me and now it appears perfect again.Pros: uses entire site content for search results instead of just product name, custom rules can be made, search results are easy on the eye, results are fast even with 17000 productsCons: support seemed to be half a world away from me, the replies almost always came in during the night. BUT support given was awesome, so be patient... thats the only con I can think of.Try it out, there is no risk or cost except the time it takes for you to see how it works.

Perfect App for Search - We were looking for an app to use on our bigcommerce store and after testing the apps that were available I went with searchanise. Very easy to customize and incorporate into your store. Also the price was well under the others for the amount of products that we have. If you are looking for a search app for your store give them a try. Also the tech support is A+. Had a few issues on my end but it was quickly addressed and fixed.

Great Value App - We've been using Searchanise for about six months. We installed it so that our customers could access blog content via search, but overall it provides MUCH better functionality than the standard Bigcommerce search approach. The pricing is unbeatable, and customer service is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Searchanise - Great app works well on Shopify

impressed - I've only used this app on a staging site so far but I was very impressed at the speed of setup, the speed of indexing, and the helpfulness of support. I was happy with the amount of content that could be indexed out of the box. It would be nice if categories had image thumbnails but overall it was a very positive experience. The price (as compared to other solutions) puts this from a 4 to a 5 star for me.

Very easy install and works very well - This was a true plug and play. It took about 10-15 minutes to install. It is very very inexpensive. If you are familiar with admin search features, you will need another 1 hour to review the features and fine tune them to your liking. The only programming we needed was to tweek the search result to have 3 columns instead of two columns in order to match the look and feel of the rest of the web site. It basically had every feature we had on the search we left, except for one feature - the ability to tag the products with built in 'messages' hot product, on sale etc. The only tag it comes with is when your price is less than the MSRP, it will tag the product with the percentage discount based on the MSRP and selling price. The support is quick - within 24 hours, although no person to speak to, but it was fine.Highly recommended.Reuven

Glad we made the switch. Great product, price, and support! - We just switched from Instant Search + to Searchanise. Instant Search's long store indexing updates and pricing is what got us looking for a new solution. Searchanise auto updates on their very well priced plans every 5 minutes which is great if you have looked into other solutions. We are saving a lot of money each month that we are now able to spend on more advertising which is a win/win for us.

Awesome search bar for a fair price! - I've actually been in contact with the developers for almost a year now begging them to bring this to bigcommerce after an awesome experience on a shopify based website. The main competitor for this product charges a ridiculous $250 or more for the same basic functionality...Smart Search & Instant Search (searchanise) support for both bigcommerce and shopify has always been very responsive and they always follow up a few days later to make sure everything is continuing to work as expected. If my opinion ever changes in the future you'd better believe I'll be updating my review but as of right now I couldn't be happier with Smart Search & Instant Search (better known as searchanise)! Bottom line - If you hate money, use the other guys. If you like saving money, switch to searchanise and never look back!
