best customer support - Searchanise was not being called automatically while browsing our website through mobile device. They gave me code to edit the theme file almost instantaneously. But me being a beginner was unable to edit them so, They did it for me. You guys rock

Great app! Great customer service! - Searchanise was a huge upgrade for our site. Not only did it improve our built-in search function for our store, but it also came with a product filter too! No brainer for us as this was a 2-in-1 package compared to the other filter we were using and was MUCH, MUCH cheaper.Service was great too! Prompt response in regarding a bug I reported in the filter section and they were able to fix it within 48 hours.Keep up the good work! That's all I can say

The bst app. I ever tried and installed period - This is the BEST program you can ever find to help your customer quickly find their products especially when you are just migrating from other platform while you are busy restore and fix all the broken links. The customer service is fantastic always respond quickly than you expected. I became a subscriber after 30 minutes of test drive. A must have for restoring the broken URL and image links - Highly recommend.

Run, don't walk from other applications - This app has all features you could possibly want in order to quickly and efficiently display the relevant products to your customers. Works well without breaking the bank! - I tried a few Bigcommerce search apps during the trial, which was going to be $300+/month. For us, I didn't see a big increase in sales to cover that cost. Then I found Searchanise. Which for the price, I was surprised how much we could customize the search function. I had to contact their support with setup questions, probably 10 times. They answered within hours or at least within 24 hours. I needed some extra tech help to work with our site, and the tech dept fixed it within a day or 2. Highly Recommended. It's free for a couple weeks, so it wouldn't hurt to try it out.

As a developer I am aware of the obstacles facing an Elastic search stack integration with BigCommerce and Searchanise not only handles our catalog quickly but allows us granular focus on selected inquires to explore what visitors are searching and optimize based off of solid analytic data. Great value and a dev team that implements suggested changes - We have held off reviewing this app since installing it just over two months ago. Although the app initially did what we wanted it to there was a suggestion that we sent the Searchanise team to improve custom filters so we did not have to manually update them. Today they delivered on that promise to improve Custom Filters being imported automatically and referencing Custom Filter Names. One great feature to note is the ability to redirect a search term to a specific URL so you can optimise the customer's experience. A great app at a fair price and supported by a responsive dev team. A worthwhile investment.
