Very Helpful Support - Searchanise is working out great within our BigCommerce ecommerce site. We've seen a definite increase in sales since installing it and our customers have responded quite positively about the functionality of Searchanise.It's pretty much an install and go type app, but there are plenty of settings/configurations for customization.We recently had a situation where the app wasn't displaying on a specific page. We then contacted the Searchanise support and their response was fast, friendly and the problem was solved immediately.Just sayin' ;)

Quick fix to suit our needs - We need our search terms to ignore hyphens if used when customers search by model number as some do and some don't include them. After the initial setup and including these two references in the category search keywords we found that Searchanise was not utilising this element to search for a category. A couple of emails back and forth and the Searchanise team fixed it without fuss. It now work perfectly. Very impressed with their service and quick turnaround.Edit - Jan 24 left Searchanise and tried an alternative search app. We came back Feb 24. The Searchanise team have been very supportive, quick to respond to our requests and the app works perfectly.

Searchanise store search - Big Commerce's standard search bar is horrible. So far it seems like this one is working very well. More focused search results. Better looking search bar results. Thanks for offering a great product.

Formatting with Searchnise - We decided to give this plug in ago and it actually works really well with product filtering if you have some kind of plant for its implementation. When we installed it, we had a formatting issue with a page. They fixed in about a day or less after I sent them an email. Would recommend!

Hugh Improvement Over Built In Search - This app is a great improvement over Bigcommerce's built in search. So much more control over search results at a very low cost. It should come standard.

Set and forget - The native Bigcommerce search leaves much to be desired. We installed this app and instantly began seeing an improvement in the relevancy of the search result. We are very happy with the product and would recommend this to anyone using Bigcommerce.

Installed this app and it's fast, accurate, and drills down to what the customer needs. It's also much more cost effective than most of the other available apps. Simply an amazing improvement.

App and Support 5/5 - We have used Searchanise on two different eCommerce platforms. We are currently using it on BigCommerce. It is super easy to setup and it has taken our search to the highest level. We get suggestions with photos and we have over 400 products in our store with several variations on each. We highly recommend Searchanise for your eCommerce store.

Great app and excellect support - We have thousands of products and the standard bigcommerce search was not up to task. Searchanise adds tons of helpful features and creates an easier more accurate search. Support is also excellent and quick to answer questions.

Great search solution and support - We have a lot of categories and supporting pages on our site so being able to show everything, not just items, in search results has helped improve our customer satisfaction. We have only been live for a week and have already received compliments from customers on the improved ability to find what they need. We had one small issue where needed some changes to how certain products were displayed and their support was great. They had a developer change some javascript and made it work perfectly for us. Highly recommend!!

Search on Steroids! - For years I've watched my analytics and wandered what I could do to lower my bounce rate. Visitors were landing on pages but not sticking around. "But we have over 120k products .. surely there must be something worth sticking around for?" As an Enterprise customer we made good use of Bigcommerce’s dynamic filtering feature on our store, but using It meant fiddling down through filter facets and then waiting seconds for the return of the filtered results. Not so with Searchanise. The floating sticky search widget can be positioned in a convenient position on your existing theme and integrates seamlessly into your existing search button functionality. Once installed, and I have to say right up, it was one of the smoothest one-click marketplace product installs I’ve ever experienced, it took only a few minutes to completely index my entire product catalogue. .. I was literally off and searching for products within minutes. Of course, installation has to be followed up by configuring Searchanise for best results. .. and this only took me about half an hour. The help doco is reasonably good but the product is very intuitive. It didn’t take us long to work out how to tune Searchanise to our store. .. and then Wham! … Searches performed faster than I thought possible. .. I’m talking a second or so on average, which isn’t bad considering we have such a large product catalogue. I think the thing I like about it the best is the ability to enter natural language searches and the Searchanise’s innate ability to work out what I’m looking for with uncanny reliability. .. and the way it presents searches results both as you type and by presenting you with a filter presentation (smart navigation feature) after you hit the enter key, allowing further refinement of the search results, is awesome!.. and going back to our problem of visitor bounce … well, within a few days our bounce rate started to go down and the number of searches has gone through the roof over the number of searches we received with our slow BC search window. There are a host of other features I’m only just starting to investigate, from upselling features under the cover of the ‘Merchandising’ tab to the ability to add synonyms, stop words and a bunch of other funky stuff that once configured will make Searchanise much more than just a ‘search’ product. I’ve only got to look at it’s built in analytics to see how much the Searchanise search is being used on a daily basis to feel really good about my subscription to this great product. Searchanise installs (and uninstalls) so easily, you would be remiss if you didn’t drop it on your store and have a play. .. you’ll be impressed.
