For the price you cant beat it - I cant say enough good things about this app. The customization work they have done has been great. Out of the box this is 8 times cheaper than the competition. Support has been very helpful and responsive.

Very good support - Very good search app. There were conflicts between our mega menu and the search app at first.It took support a couple of tries to fix it but they got back in a timely fashion and fixed the glitches.It is working great now.

The Best Search App for Bigcommerce - We have tried many different solutions but when it comes to functionality and price, searchanise is the best.We run a automotive parts website and with 26k+ products, using a make model function was not great so we needed a Amazon like search function which this app works perfectly.With many insights on how your customers search and not forgetting the non results section shows which keywords customers are using to search and no item is listed.Very happy with support are great when needed, just a chat away with quick response.Honestly don't waste your time looking as we did that in the past.Been using the app for over 1 year now and it's worth every penny.

Really great so far! - I'm loving the functionality of this app - our search is miles better now than it was before. I installed it about a week ago. It's pretty easy to set up, but with a lot of customization possibilities. And I wrote to customer service about a question I had on the setup, and got the correct answer really quickly.

Very Good App and Great Customer Service - I have been using Smart Search for a couple of months now, and am very happy with it. I was using another one that cost twice as much, had glitches and a very slow response time. The search on this app is superior. My one issue is I cannot control what filters are on what categories and subcategories, however Support can fix that for me if I tell them what I want. Support is excellent. They respond quickly and even on weekends. That is a huge plus. Other than tweaking and customizing, I have had no technical issues with this app. I highly recommend.
