Great solution - Pros:Support is excellent, fast and caring, great team behind skulabs.Pick/Pack scan verification has reduced errors to 0. Order processing is a pleasure to use.Kits/bundles are a breeze to setup.The software is fast and efficient to use and very few bugs.Superb integration with Bigcommerce 10 out of 10!Cons:While useful, the purchasing features need work and improvements. The overall UI could be cleaner. Many things I'll never use clutter the screen, be nice to be able to turn things on/off.Reports need work.Product management is a bit clunky, again UI improvements could help.Some settings rely on code and formulas which I struggle with.Support documentation is ok but how-to video guides are needed.Conclusion:I'm happy with Skulabs, I think it's a good fit for my business and I feel I can trust the team, they're good guys and seem to genuinely care their customer's experience is good. Skulabs is very powerful and can do a lot, there's a lot of thought gone into it and I enjoy using it daily, despite its quirks. Hoping to see new features and improvements, especially around purchasing and UI. Recommended and one of the best inventory/order management system on the market hands down and I tried most of them.

Great inventory management & service - For a site that needs a lot of customization options, SKU Labs allows for a fantastic level of customization with their kits feature and inventory management process. When using Big Commerce alone, options are extremely limited, especially if you are trying to keep track of dozens of items used for a single product, and want to offer different choices and customization. SKU Labs has been a huge upgrade in allowing us to provide more options on our site, with less customer-facing clutter (by letting us have less product pages but more choices per page), and is all made possible through the way their software tracks inventory. The start up is rough, there is no sugar coating that. There are so many features that will need to be fine tuned to your specific needs, especially kits, packing slip setup, printing and shipping preferences, and more. But the real value is the support team, which I'm not sure how big they are, but they are very dedicated to solving issues and helping to code and fix things within the limits of their software. Some new feature additions do appear to be slow, but communication is very transparent and they do what they can to help form solutions even if a feature is not yet present. Also, the more that you use SKU Labs to handle shipping, the better and faster it gets every day with the memorization feature. So while there are growing pains to start using them, once you're on track, it's pretty much smooth sailing.

Small company not worth your time or effort - I thought SKULabs will be a perfect fit for a growing BigCommerce business but it wasn't meant to be.The idea behind the software is good but the support or recourses are not there.We had a massive problem printing labels for our orders and SKULabs simply did not have the resources to deal with the issue in good time. After 4 weeks of waiting we complained because printing labels manually took a lot of time and effort and instead of apologising Brent simply closed our account with 2 months notice. I am glad he did. We found a better solution, with the right support for a growing eCommerce business.

The Best Bar None - We have been using SkuLabs for about 4 years now, after switching from another similar service. Not only does their extremely comprehensive product work exactly as advertised, but I cannot off the top of my head think of better customer service I have received, in any industry. The software is impressive, and has been able to do just about anything we need as our business has scaled up over the years. Every once in a while when we discovered a feature that would help us that SkuLabs did not offer, we suggested it to them and lo and behold, it was there on the next update. YMMV, but that is just mindblowing in this day and age. Furthermore, the very rare occasion a bug was discovered by us, the response was swift and the fix implemented within hours or at most days, rather than weeks and months we've experienced with other services. We did briefly switch to another, less expensive service briefly, in order to cut costs after external circumstances delivered a big blow to our business model. I can tell you that lasted about a month and we were back with SkuLabs and regretted ever leaving. Trying out a competitor only served to reinforce the stellar product and service that SkuLabs delivers. There is a slightly steeper learning curve than some other products, but believe me you will appreciate why later down the line when scaling your business and utilizing all that SkuLabs has to offer. Our business model utilizes some fairly unorthodox modes of fulfillment, and we've always been able to find a way that SkuLabs will work for what we need, with minimal hassle. I will also note that their interfacing with BigCommerce is almost flawless, unlike many buggy BigCommerce apps we've tried. Why am I writing this review now, after 4 years? Because just now I reached out to SkuLabs with an issue setting up a new shipping service API. 10 minutes later I had a reply and it was that they had gone ahead and fixed it for me. Not a redirect to some vague help page, not a minimum wage CSR who doesn't know what's going on - just the solution. I thought about all the times SL has come through and felt compelled to share with the world. Great job guys, keep up the good work and thank you!

Great - SKUlabs is great! We had to actually work with the team to restructure how it was originally laid out for us and once we did that, it was/is very functional. They are quick to respond with issues and guide in the right direction for set-up. It works well with BigCommerce. The only time-delay is between stock updates in SKUlabs to BigCommerce, but it updates almost immediately. Once we fixed the issues that were internal to us, with the guidance of the SKUlabs team, it was immediately better for us. We are happy with SKUlabs!

Excellent Software & Customer Service - We use BigCommerce and QB and SkuLabs has been a lifesaver for getting inventory organized (especially our kits) and synced with our systems. We used another inventory system before that was cheaper, but changed to SkuLabs because it isn't clunky and is very easy to use. The support from Josh and team is outstanding. They are always available to answer questions, problem solve, and create solutions. We have found SkuLabs to be well worth the money!

Excellent Software - We are a small company reselling French products in the US. We are selling through multiple sales channels, Ebay, Amazon, BigCommerce Store and multiples WooCommerce plugins from resellers.So far, the software is outstanding and fits perfectly our needs.The technical support team with Josh and Alex is top notch, they really know the in and out of their products and were able to customize some POs templates specifically to our needs.Each products have their limits and there will always be some features that are not there yet, because this software is an introduction to ERP.But for channels inventory synchronization, barcoding products verification to avoid packing issues and reporting, this tool gets everything that you might need. Terrible Customer Support/ Small Company, Not ready For Big Leagues - I was very unhappy with the level of customer support that I received while using this program. Here I am ready to drop $1000.00 per month on this program and I cant get any good customer support. I have tried calling in a number of times and I receive different answers from different people about my questions. I feel like most of the people answering the phone have no idea what they are talking about and have never worked a customer service job in their life. Must of the responses I would get from SKU Labs is, "we recommend you open an email support ticket so we can further assist you". REALLY!!! Whats the point of answering the phone if you can't answer simple questions such as how to setup a carrier account or how to create shipping labels. Im so frustrated, I don't consider myself to be an unreasonable person. I have asked if they have support documentation that I can read, nothing helpful exist. I have given up on this company. Its a shame because I really liked the look and feel of this program but when you are spending this kind of money on a reassuring basis you want to make sure that they software and the company responsible for 99% of our process of inventory and shipping is reliable. This company is not reliable, sorry guys but your getting a 1 star for this reason. Customer Service is very important, without webinars, help articles, or basic training you can have the best program in the world but if nobody understands how to use it and you can answer questions about it, the program is useless.

Poor Service/Small Time Business - I had problems at first trying to get someone to help me until I posted a bad review. Then these guys were busting down my door to try and help me so that I would remove my bad review. I decided to give Skulabs a second chance becuase I really wanted the system to work. I spent 2 days setting up products and kits until I could not get all of my products to sync with Skulabs. I found out that this system can't handle big stores with lots of product variations. They know that their system can't handle a large amount of items but they won't tell you this. Ironic since their training videos are in a warehouse. This system can only handle small stores with few variations. This was something the Skulabs team did not tell me. I had a problem syncing my products over from Bigcommerce and they did not tell me even then that their system can not handle a lot of product variations. After I waisted 2 days of work and posted a negative review again I got an email from Josh at Skulabs that stated, "To have you continue to slander our company through updated reviews is not how we or anyone else would like to be treated." There was no apology for with holding the information their system can not handle a lot of variations or any attempt to compensate me for the 2 days that I wasted trying to get their system to work. It was just them complaining again that I wrote a bad review. I'm very big on customer service and their is none here.

Excellent Design & Support -

Our small, specialty clothing shop has been growing fast enough to drive home the idea that volume can soon overwhelm a small operation with repetitive, time-consuming, non-revenue generating tasks (you know the kind that make you daydream of robots until their cold heartless steel pulls your heart strings to find like a lost love and beg it for your life back). I was under the impression that a technology like SKULabs was available only to large companies, and moreover would be very difficult to implement. BigCommerce allows our customers to view and select real-time carrier rates which were important for us to achieve in a new website, as this means less time dealing with emails requesting priority and specialty shipping after an order is made, and less time invoicing for upgraded shipping; however, BigCommerce has shortcomings as far as ability to bulk print USPS labels with real-time shipping rates according to customer selection. SKULabs solves this, it sync's with BigCommerce orders seamlessly and reads the customer selection and prints USPS labels in bulk, attaching barcodes to orders which even for our small shop means never manually typing Order#'s. The app has a very modern feel with fast search functions, sorting, and an intuitive layout. But most impressively SKULabs support is something uncommon, even if most companies really wanted to offer this kind of support they would not have the ability to do so. Highly Recommend

A Perfect Solution -

For years we've pieced together different programs and spent thousands on in-house servers, training, yearly maintenance fees, etc.  SKULabs is a one-stop cloud solution.  We have over 10,000 items, with multiple BigCommerce stores as well as Amazon & eBay and SKULabs handles it all.  Their tech support is also super fast when you have a question.  Highly recommend!!

Batch picking changed our lives -

if you print your orders out, you are wasting time. skulabs showed us a better way. we connected our printers with google cloud print and now we do the orders off the ipod!!! we scan the barcodes as we go, and we ship from all three carriers with one tap. we are customers for life!!!!!! don't hesitate to try this out!
