Beware - SKU IQ is a very expensive add on for the problems it has caused me. I have Square POS which I run alongside my Bigcommerce online store. Bigcommerce used to offer a Square integration app, which worked perfectly, but this was discontinued a little while ago. I have sinced been using SKU IQ, however the products do not update with any price changes I've made in Bigcommerce until I reach out to customer service, who then attempt to sync the product details, piecemeal it seems. But to make matters worse, once the sync has been completed, I find a random plethora of products that have had their product option sets altered within my Bigcommerce store. This results in random sizes with no set prices being added to these option sets, resulting in customers being able to purchase certain products with the much lower default price. There is also no way of knowing which products have been affected, as the problems do not apply to just the products you may have been updating, but ANYTHING in your Bigcommmerce store. After the last sync, I found 52 products with this issue just in one range alone. I'm sure I will keep finding more as time goes by. I have asked SKU IQ and Bigcommerce for help with this issue, and Bigcommerce are very eager to help but need certain API data from SKU IQ in order to do so. SKU IQ are no longer responding to my requests for help with this issue. If you are looking to integrate your Bigcommerce store with Square, avoid SKU IQ at all costs.

Poor service, inventory wiped out - Two years of issues. Most recently the start of September inventory was zeroed. 55 emails since September 6th 2024 asking for help fixing an error caused your end....inventory wiped out...in every email here I have asked for a scheduled call to get this sorted....please be very very careful before choosing SKU IQ as your inventory program! We are out thousands of dollars on orders due to this app showing no stock available to order, 4-5 days to get a response to one email with no helpful answers, then 4-5 days to get the next response. Refused to schedule a call over and over again even though the problem was getting worse...asked for a refund and just get sent a cancellation email!!!!

Does not resolve our issue with Square - Sku IQ even adds up new issues, creating variants for each single item in the database, causing it to double in size. Very confusing. The team is very slow to respond and each time you have to deal with another agent with no actual response to any of the issues. They seem to copy and paste their responses and do not deal with the real issues we raise up. I am so sorry BigCommerce stopped to maintain the Square app, it used to be so much better than Sku IQ

Support is responsive, but nothing gets resolved - We use Clover for our b&m pet supply store with about 1,500 SKUs that are also on our BigCommerce store. When BC sunsetted their built-in Clover inventory support, they said SKU IQ was the company to go with. To say we are disappointed would be the understatement of the year!For our items without variants, inventory syncing from Clover to BC works as expected with SKU IQ. However, Order Syncing does not properly record sales for the actual item or payment. It just creates an Open order with a new item of the same description. This means none of the sales show on reports, get reported under the correct product category, and inventory levels of online sales have to be manually adjusted. For our items with variants (Size, Color, etc.), SKU IQ creates duplicate Variant groups on our live products anytime a stock level changes in Clover. Our products then look messed up to customers and online sales of those items drop off a cliff until we manually delete the extra variant groups. There is no helpful reporting in SKU IQ to know when it does this, so we constantly have to manually hunt for and remove these duplicates. We've been trying to get support to resolve it for months and it is still doing it with no resolution in sight! The best part is the way SKU IQ does this to our products, it bombs our Rewind Backups so we can't just restore the product.Until they get this issue resolved, I suggest all Clover users stay away from SKU IQ and try to find another solution. We've paid for a year and have nothing but headaches to show for it.

Terrible customer service! - They will continue to charge you after you cancel and then blame it on your merchant. Which is fine, but help me get my money back.
