Pretty Good - Shogun helps make it easier to build pages on Bigcommerce but there's room for improvement. Would like to see more features added and it could be a little easier to use but gets the job done.

Great Page Builder - Shogun has allowed us to create professional looking pages on our website, without a lot of HTML experience, and has provided solutions for some things lacking in our big commerce template. They are quick to respond and provide helpful customer service.

Shogun - good with room to improve - Some limitations to the tool, our front page had a lot of elements and while it loaded well for the consumer the back end Shogun environment couldn't handle the resource requirements. At this time it's unknown if this is something that will improve anytime soon but it is an issue they are aware of and working on.Regardless after simplifying our front page it has improved responsiveness and does allow for a wide variety of customization and styling. Response from staff has been quick & polite with good follow up on bugs that have been discovered and fixed.All told the future of the app looks good and it's worth looking at

Excellent - Shogun is a lifesaver for making edits to bulky pages. The BigCommerce editor cannot come close to what Shogun can do!

Easy to use - We started using SHOGUN for a specific page that requires a lot of regular updating! It's been very useful and easy to use. We have been able to navigate and train others how to update it quickly.

Great tool for landing pages - I needed to replicate a bunch of landing pages as we transitioned to BC and this app made it so easy. It's powerful, but easy to use tool. Being able to save blocks and re-use them saved me so much time. I definitely recommend it.

Tremendous Help - Shogun is a great app for theme customization. The support team is great. I would say that there's still tremendous amount of room to grow. I hope they don't stay stagnant. I hope they continue to strive to find new features to implement to make this application better.
