5 stars for Shogun - We use the Shogun App to customize category pages and for our blog. The Shogun App works far better than the built-in Page Builder on Big Commerce and does a far better job with SEO functions, especially CLS! I had an issue with how something was showing on our Blog posts and the support team was helpful, fast, and friendly!

Best app out there - Shogun offers amazing flexibility and is super easy to use. It allows us to fully customise any pages we want and really showcase our products without needing any devs or designers. The support is also top notch and always respond within a few minutes to any question asked. Lynsey was especially helpful when trying to sort out some alt attributes for custom coded elements.

Front End Wizardry - We love Shogun! We have been a user for over 2 years. Any custom page onsite has been built completely in Shogun. Its amazing the complex designs and capabilities you can achieve through shogun. It takes some time, some practice and a little patience but you still can achieve amazing results.

It can be tricky but once you get it, it is a time and money saver! - Customer support is fast to respond to tickets. The interface itself is nice and easy to use. There is a learning curve but once you learn the tricks, it is very quick. I recommend for anyone using bigcommerce web pages and blog features. The new landing pages built with shogun are much improved!

Best customer service ever! - We had an issue with our application form and sent a message through the help center. We received a response immediately saying they fixed the issue for us and explained why it happened so we understand the process going forward. Their customer service is exemplary! Great app, amazing support! - I moved from our other landing page builder to Shogun, so we could better convert visitors. I wanted to make some customizations to the landing pages and reached out to support. We're not a high tier at this time, but they still just took care of it, were super quick, and also extremely nice! Going to stick with the app if not purely for that experience and level of support.
