A Must Have Design Plugin For Any Size Site - We recently launched www.brandlighting.com on BigCommmerce and Shogun allowed us to save a tremendous of time mocking up and publishing nearly the entire site. The page designer coupled with the power of custom elements allowed us the flexibility to create nearly any design for landing and blog pages within Brand Lighting. Shogun's performance has met the client requirements so far and we are happy. Mobile responsive features seem to work well with a glitch here and there that the Shogun team has quickly addressed. As a developer I would like to have custom templates with well designed code for every page but it is not realistic for many businesses to incur the time and cost of custom development for a large number of pages. Shogun offers a great alternative with tremendous design and feature flexibility. What we would like to see in the future is fine tuning of the drag and drop in the UI, it is currently very good and certainly among the best of "in browser" editors however it could always be smoother, in my opinion. We would also like to see a feature that allows automatic updating of all custom templates used in pictures when the main template is edited. Currently you have to go back and republish pages which is a bit inconvenient when you have large page counts. We believe Shogun will become an essential part of the design workflow of many businesses on the BigCommerce platform. The responsiveness of the support team and the consistent role out of useful features puts Shogun as a solid contender for one of the most useful apps int he marketplace! Easy to Use, Instant Results! - We started using shogun to help us provide a better customer experience on some of our landing pages. As we gained experience and received positive feedback from our customers, we expanded our utilization throughout our website. Still have LOTS of work to do but shogun has helped us get much closer to the design we want.

Very helpful - This program and the support is very helpful. I do think the pricing is a little high, but they are very willing to listen to their customers needs and the pricing has since come down to a more manageable level. Overall the program is very easy to use and will help you make a professional page very quickly. I recommend you give it a try!

Best Bigcommerce App - Awesome app. Bigcommerce wouldn't be as attractive as an ecommerce platform without it. Totally customise the way your pages look, all with a simple drag and drop interface. Easy for web novices but with all the functionality more experienced designers need for additional customisation. Highly recommended.

So Awesome & So Helpful - I don't know how I survived with this APP before. I am not a person who really likes to leave review. But if my opinion can help someone then it'll be so worth it. I love how I can customize our website now. Create customized pages and Landing Pages for our site. And the big bonus is that you do not have to be a genius to work this app. It's a Simple Drag and Drop. Sometimes I still can't believe that it's truly just as simple as that. If you love customization and freedom to do so. Then you really need this app for your site.

Great way to customize website - The one thing I didn't like about BigCommerce templates is that you aren't able to do much customization with the layout of your pages. Shogun has allowed take our home page up a notch by being able to customize the layout and utilizing features like parallax. It is pretty simple to use and so glad we found it.

Great app with lots of features - Shogun is a great app with lots of functionality. There's lots of different content you can place on your site and they function great.

Awesome and fuss free - We've been using Shogun for months now and I'm constantly impressed with the fast support. Even if the experts don't have a direct solution, they'll find a workaround that solves our problems. It's also really easy to use and builds beautiful pages without having to ever touch code. Definitely recommend this!

Customer Support - We have been testing this software for a few days now on a trial, and I have to say it is good, I was reluctant as to the extent of its capabilities but it hasn't failed me yet when I start to question it, when I get to a point where the editing of a section cannot do what I need it to, I get onto customer support and the have resolved it every time, and quickly, very good support so far I have to say. I was dubious as there isn't a chat support, so I didn't think the response would be quick when emailing in, but I was proved wrong. Highly recommend!

Easy to make beautiful pages - This app makes building pages so much easier!!! It didn't take long for the team to learn how the app worked and they were able to control everything we needed to within the Shogun dashboard. The instructional videos are simple and easy to follow. Whatever we had a specific question, their support team responded quickly and thoroughly. It has been a great experience so far!

Easy to learn, great support - I tried a few apps for creating pages and content for my new Big Commerce site and found Shogun to be by far the easiest to learn to use, and I'm completely non-techy. Didn't take long for me to get the hang of how to use the Elements and get them to format and stack correctly for different devices, and when I've had questions, Shogun's team has been VERY responsive and VERY helpful. Would recommend to anyone building a site or adding to an existing site.

Fantastic tool to build a pro site without developers - Shogun has been instrumental in enabling me to build a complex and good-looking commerce-enabled site with almost no programming knowledge. My only regret is that I spent ANY time trying to use the WYSIWYG editor built into BC. Don't delay in giving Shogun a try - it will allow you to build a site that is vastly more sophisticated than you ever though possible without external developers!
