Quick and helpful support - Page builder is great. So easy to use. Overall really good to use. Support is very quick at coming back to me. Also app really helps optimize for quick page speed which is a massive bonus.

Shogun - I like Shogun Page Builder very much. It is extremely useful over the standard offering from Big Commerce. My only complaint real[ly is that its a big jump from $50 to $150 for the next when all I really want is access to the data colleciton. I feel data collection should be included in the £50 deal because i might go a month without even making a new webpage, but I am still paying Shogun.

Review Requests - Excellent tool for bigcommerce sites as the big commerce html is terrible. Easy to use, lots of facilities to do what you need to do. Does need more upgrading on certain aspects. Price is a little too much, expescially if you are using a bigcommerce platform. There should be some of discounting available if you are using platforms like bigcommerce.

Good app for Bigcommerce - Seems like the only page builder to use with Bigcommerce, and much cheaper than getting a page built by someone, but it definitely adds up each month and isn't as user friendly as Shopify's built in page builder, but a good option and helps to build pages easily. Their customer service has been amazing, very quick and helpful (as per my intern!).

Shogun customer service - Technical support from Shogun has been prompt and helpful.

Great tool for click and build - shogun has the tools to create a nice looking website, especially when combining their click and build elements in a creative way

Working well for me so far - I've been using it for 2 months now. I'm not a designer or an HTML coder, so there was a bit of a learning curve, but I think i'm beginning to be able to build pages that I feel satisfied with how they look on both PC and Mobile devices. There are some problems, particularly when shogun imports the existing pages. Sometimes the import breaks or looses parts of the page. This is a bit tough but I've learned to work around this now. Other minor problems here and there. I wouldn't say it's perfect. But overall, with some effort and learning curve and work-arounds that are required, I'd say It's enhanced my website a lot.

Almost necessary if you want to design a beautiful site in BigCommerce - Shogun is VERY easy to use and offered a quick solution to designing a beautiful site. However it's a bit pricey for what it offers, hence the 4/5 stars.

Good product - Shogun is solid. A few things could be improved (forms etc) but overall it is a good product.

Good App - Shogun makes it easy once you get your head around it

Good but could be improved - Drag and drop editing is nice but clunky sometimes. Still the best editor but there are improvements that could be made

Easy to use and no code required - Shogun allows me to keep control of my website with constant update, without having to use designer or professional.

Positive Experience - I downloaded the shogun app because it allows me to customize my store pages in a way that Big Commerce does not. I have found it fairly user friendly. There are some issues with the script not syncing properly with Big Commerce and my website not displaying correctly, but that can be fixed when I notice the problem.
