Amazing support! - We've tried so many... Searchspring, Klevu, Search-something or other, etc. We didn't see the ROI with all their "superior" features. We got tired of the nickel-and-dime racket and have switched to Search Magic. The people at Your Store Wizards, who created the app, are very knowledgeable and helpful. If your a small business complaining about the native search (and who wouldn't?!) but you don't want to spend a fortune on an alternative, try Search Magic. I'm pretty sure there is a free trial that they help you setup.

Wicked Good Search Tool - The Search Magic tool is fantastic. Support has been top notch and it's relatively easy to set up and get going. We are even using the Parts Finder capability even know we don't technically have parts you can use it to narrow down products. It's a very cool add on and seamless once you have SM up and running. It's a super add on to our Big Commerce stores.

Great support and excellent value for Money! - After looking at several search app companies we selected Search Magic for several reasons. Notably their flexible field search and display settings, as well as the built-in GA. As with all search apps a fair amount of work is required to get the best results. The pleasant surprise was the amazing support from the Search Magic technical and customer support teams which has continued even after the initial setup. Highly satified with both the performance of the app and their outstanding support. Highly Recommended!

We spent time looking for the best and SEARCH MAGIC is the BEST. - We found the Big Commerce's internal search app lacking so we reviewed half a dozen or so 3rd party search firms and picked SEARCH MAGIC due to it having the finest support of any app that we have, works lightning fast, easily custom tailored by them if you have special needs, has spelling error correction, mobile friendly and built-in Google Analytics. No other third-party search provider that we found could match it and we we are very happy with SEARCH MAGIC. They also have a risk-free 30-day free trial and are based in the USA.

Search Magic - I’ve been using the wizard support for over 15 years. I used their services in my yahoo store and now I’m using them on big commerce. They have done an excellent job for me and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. Search Magic is a wonderful product which I highly recommend.

It was because I knew that YSW were working on BC that I had the courage to make a change. We are using Search Magic in two ways: #1 We are using their Search Tool: Search Magic is a MUCH more robust search than what's baked in to BC, and is an absolute must for serious BC store owners. Good search results will translate into good sales, and the tool will pay for itself on the first day. #2 We are using the Category Page organization drag and drop feature. We need for every item in our store to be in our chosen location on category pages. The "sort number" system that BC uses is way too hard to use, especially if your items are in more than one category. We were using another vendor for both of these functionalities and it worked very well but it was much more expensive, cumbersome, and getting technical assistance was painfully slow. I do not mind paying a lot for great service but Search Magic is more affordably prices, MUCH easier for us to use, and performs beautifully. If you want to work with a US based company, one who understands that if your site is not functioning correctly that you are losing money, and ones who don't complain when they have to fix things that others break....this is the team you want to work with.

Excellent Search App - Search Magic is a breath of fresh air for us. We've used more expensive advanced search apps in the past, but Search Magic does the same thing for much less money per month. As with any new software or app, you will have questions or need help tweaking settings. Search Magic's customer support was friendly and quick to help.

Robust search solution from an excellent team! - We have worked with the team a the Store Wizards for the past 15 years. We used Search Magic on our older platform and when we moved our stores to BC we did not think twice about using it. The software is just incredible and the team is amazing; from spelling error correction, synonym suggestion, redirects , reporting (GA integration, terms w/ 0 search results, terms w/ 1 result, popular queries etc.), and many other advanced search queries to name a few... Another robust solution from an excellent team!
