Integer Team is Top Notch - When I needed a bundling solution, the team at Integer went above and beyond to make sure that BundleBuddy worked well with my site. Their customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the product works as advertised. I recommend them very highly.

DO NOT USE - Can't cancel the account. Uninstalling doesn't call the account, which is fine except support disappeared and doesn't respond about cancellation. We were unable to use the app due to our current theme. The company has not responded to our multiple attempts to cancel - we have emailed a few times and called. I will be reporting them to BBB.

Great App! - We had been looking for a bundling solution for over a year before we found bundle buddy. All the other apps were extremely cumbersome, over complicated, and expensive. Bundle Buddy has been the perfect solution. Their team is readily available when ever we have questions and has been extremely accommodating of every request we have had. If you are looking for a bundling solution I would highly recommend Bundle Buddy.

Only app for customized bundles & great support!! - I am delighted to be one of the first businesses to provide feedback and a review for this app. It currently is the only app that is available where a bundle/kit can be customized so that customers can have either one or several options to select from a range of products to make up a bundle item. This has been great for my business and marketing to provide a sale bundle of my products where the items part of the bundle are not just fixed items within the bundle but the customer can make their own selection from the products I select for the bundle. The bundles/kits are easy to create and integrate well with my store and set up to work and match my store theme. Some teething problems with integration with my website theme however the Bundle Buddy team support addressed all issues and had them fixed up and rectified quickly and was always available to answer my questons and queries. I am extremelly happy with this app as it provides my store with exactly what I required that no other app available does. Friendly and easy customer service, highly recommend this app if you need to customized bundles and kit options for your store.
