One of the easiest apps - I've been in e-comm for a few years and this has been one of the easiest apps for filtering that I have used and the price point is reasonable.

Great Option - Has been a great product for our 6000+ products. We are currently showing about 7 different facets for those products. Managing bulk can be a bit tough but once you figure it out, it works well. I use a spreadsheet that makes a "Custom Fields CSV" for importing. Support always responds and fixes issues within 24 hours.

Working with Freshclick - A good filter, works fine

Excellent App! - This a great app, displays exactly how I want it to in my shop & very easy to install. I did have one question that I sent to support & I knew what I wanted would require a tiny bit of editing. I was answered very quickly and in fact, I didn't have to do anything they had already taken care of it for me. A little pricey, but waaaay better than the native BC filtering.

Product Filter - So far I'm LOVING this app. The price was higher than I anticipated, but the fact that it it really was one click and it automatically installed on my theme with basic filters like size, price and brand was a huge value. I've quickly added additional features easily. So far, very happy.

Robust Filtering Add On - FreshClick's Product Filter is the best way we've found to overcome the limitations of BigCommerce's meager filtering capabilities.

Excellent Search Filtering. Perfect for my needs - The BigCommerce entry subscription plan by default only has a limited product filtering of category, sub -category, brand, and price. It does not offer product detailed product filtering such size, color, weight, model, or other product attributes you might have. To have this feature, you have to subscribe to the premium and more expensive plans.This was almost a deal breaker for because even though I have a lot of products, but my sales volume isn't that high yet. So subscribing to a premium plan wasn't worth the additional price for my needs.Good thing I found the Product Filter & Search App. It allows me to have the detailed product filtering I need at an affordable price that's still significantly cheaper than subscribing to a higher pricing plan.

Top product filtering - For sure I think its the best option for product filtering outside BigCommerce own built-in faceted search/product filtering. Easy to install, FreshClick support team are great, and the app has ongoing updates...!Definitely recommend if your looking a product filtering option outside BigCommerce’s built-in faceted search...

Faceted search option - We've been running BigCommerce for more than 8 years. Faceted search has always been a wish list as we can't justify going to BigCommerce Pro for that one feature. We were excited to find Freshclick as an alternative!! Our developer is now recommending this option for the faceted search.

super easy - We have loads of filters, and having just migrated our store to BigCommerce, we couldn't work out how to apply them all. Fortunately, we found Freshclick. Their fitlers work like a dream, easy to turn on and off, and I was blown away how fast they work. Would recommend. A1

fantastic - I have personally written to the authors of this app saying it is a work of art - and it is. Wildly exceeds my expectations and behaves incredibly well and fast, even on our largest category with almost 1000 products.

It does the job - It works alright. It does lag on the phone. Sometimes the filter doesnt show up. It does what it needs to do ultimately.

Product Filters - We needed a filter solution for out store, this was easy to install and get all the filters set up. Support team has been great a resolving any issues we have had!

Exactly what our store needed! - This app is exactly what we needed! As a clothing store we wanted our customers to be able to filter by multiple facets eg, size, colour, brand, condition, fit. Im useless with computers so the support team really guided me through the set up process. The live chat team are so helpful and I also have a direct email contact I can use if the live chat isn't available.
