Great to have - Takes a bit to get the hang of, but great to have on your website! Worth it

Great app - Easy to use interface and setup

Very flexible and intuitive for custom filters - The built-in filters for BigCommerce were just too simple for our needs. We needed custom filters because we don't expose many attributes as options. I was able to get several custom filters up and running with our store within an hour. I'm impressed with how easy and powerful this is! We could eliminate a lot of sub-categories with custom filters. Really great app for any large eCommerce.

Great app - Great app, use it on several sites

Excellent product filtering, very pleased! - One of the biggest decisions we made when developing our website was around filtering because we sell jewelry supplies. With our business model selling hundreds of parts and pieces, being able to filter by things like style and material are a must - not an option. With Freshclicks, we've been able to offer this to our customers from day one! We've reached out to customer service a few times and always got help. We are very happy!

So far so good! - We have enjoyed being able to customize this filter and the quick customer service response time is excellent! Time will tell on ROI but it is has made our website much easier to navigate.

Freshclick Product Filtering APP - Freshclick APP has been a game changer, it makes product filtering easy and effective.The Dashboard has almost all settings ready to use and the APP gets regular makeovers and updates.I have been testing the APP for an year and the help from support team has been good.We will be looking into using various other products from Freshclick in our upcoming projects.

Best filter - Great customer support and reasonably priced

Great product, good support - Excellent product, reasonably priced... We are a lingerie store, what we sell comes in a multitude of options, and to find what they want, customers usually have to be able to do multi dimensional searches. True one can get this as a part of higher cost options in bigcommerce [itself of course a bit of a no-brainer for us] but for a business of our scale the freshclick product is far more sensible.Support has been effective, the filter is reliable and functionality good and evolving. Recommended...

Product works great but service sets them apart - The product filter works exactly as advertised and as it should- there are some pretty sophisticated ways of building exactly what you need and it doesn’t take extensive experience to do so. We’ve been very happy with it. However, what really sets them apart is their service. I’ve reached out via email for help many times and hear back quickly and with thorough answers until my issue is resolved. Seems like that’s more of a rarity these days. I would definitely recommend any item + service.

Excellent app if you need advance filters - This is a great app when you are in need of advance filtering as BC only allows you to have 12. With Fresh click, you can have as much filters as you need. Support is also excellent, they reply in no time and always addressed our concerns very promptly and helped us in the start.Overall, very happy and would recommend to anybody who needs better filtering.

Nice working App - I have a customized unique theme and the FreshClick Support was quickly able to make the filter work for me. The filter integrates nicely with my store and enhances the browsability of my tremendously. It's easy to fine tune the filter and make the functionality work for you. I highly recommend this tool.

Product Filter App Works Better than BigCommerce Filter! - When I was first building our website I was reluctant to upgrade our BigCommerce plan to the one with product filters, but we really needed it so I went ahead with just a month subscription. Luckily, before our month was up I found FreshClick's product filtering app and couldn't believe how much less it cost compared to BigCommerce. I thought it couldn't possibly work as well, but I installed it and was blown away! It allows for so much more customization and has allowed us to have filtering in our web shop without having to pay out a huge amount for it each month. The team at FreshClick has been wonderful to work with and have done many updates to our filter free of charge! They're always adding new features and updates to it, which have made the functionality even better, e.g. - updating the mobile filter to a sidebar that pops out and adding a search bar that allows users to search within your product categories. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for a great product filtering solution at an affordable price.
