Some minor issues need some ironing, but the support team is quick to respond and quick to fix any issues that arise or explain why it isn't something that can be changed.Overall: do recommend!

Filter works great. - I love being able to create my own filters and it works the way I want. Customer service was very responsive and customized it exactly to my specifications.

It just works! - Very straightforward to setup, install and it just worked! Very impressive and responsive layout/UI, works really well. A little more documentation would be useful and configuration is a little overwhelming in areas, but with a little trial and error I managed to get a great outcome that blows BigCommerce features and usability out of the water (and to think I just about dropped BigCommerce for lack of this feature)

Solved my problem - We almost didn't go with BigCommerce because you can't get filtering OOB until you're an Enterprise account at $1,000+ per month, until one of their support staff recommended this app. Solved our use case requirement immediately for a fraction of the cost. Very easy to implement custom field filtering.

Great app - Easy to use interface and setup

Very flexible and intuitive for custom filters - The built-in filters for BigCommerce were just too simple for our needs. We needed custom filters because we don't expose many attributes as options. I was able to get several custom filters up and running with our store within an hour. I'm impressed with how easy and powerful this is! We could eliminate a lot of sub-categories with custom filters. Really great app for any large eCommerce.

Great app - Great app, use it on several sites

Excellent product filtering, very pleased! - One of the biggest decisions we made when developing our website was around filtering because we sell jewelry supplies. With our business model selling hundreds of parts and pieces, being able to filter by things like style and material are a must - not an option. With Freshclicks, we've been able to offer this to our customers from day one! We've reached out to customer service a few times and always got help. We are very happy!

So far so good! - We have enjoyed being able to customize this filter and the quick customer service response time is excellent! Time will tell on ROI but it is has made our website much easier to navigate.

We are a lingerie store, what we sell comes in a multitude of options, and to find what they want, customers usually have to be able to do multi dimensional searches. True one can get this as a part of higher cost options in bigcommerce [itself of course a bit of a no-brainer for us] but for a business of our scale the freshclick product is far more sensible. Support has been effective, the filter is reliable and functionality good and evolving. Recommended...

Product works great but service sets them apart - The product filter works exactly as advertised and as it should- there are some pretty sophisticated ways of building exactly what you need and it doesn’t take extensive experience to do so. We’ve been very happy with it. However, what really sets them apart is their service. I’ve reached out via email for help many times and hear back quickly and with thorough answers until my issue is resolved. Seems like that’s more of a rarity these days. I would definitely recommend any item + service.
