Bait & Switch - No free trial, no free plan. You can go ahead and trust a company that does not stand behind their marketing, but I won't do business with a company like that. Personally I'm going to go spend 3x as much a month at Trustpilot.Use at your own risk.

Widgets make displaying reviews on your website easy, they are updated regularly and are easy to customise. There are many ways to export and publish reviews not only to your website but also social media.Customer services is great and help is never too far away. Reveiws.io has help us display our product star ratings in Google search results which has been a goal of ours for a long, long time.We have an amazing 11% response rate to the review requests we sent using Reviews.io, the results are far beyond our expectations, well done Reveiws.io!

Cancelling account was a pain. - Have been requesting to cancel the account, but kept hearing excuses. Kept billing me for few months and still not cancelling the account. Support team has millions of reasons for not being able to cancel or refund.
