That means you don't get charged for anything unless we confirm that you have refund credits on your FedEx or UPS accounts. Our only fee is a percentage of those confirmed refunds.

Super easy - It's really nice to have this on autopilot. We do catch things internally, but generally, it looks like we save more from using this than it costs us on charges we would have caught anyway.

Does Nothing For Us - Apparently we have a waiver on file with FedEx waiving our right to enforce the "on time or it's free" guarantee. It would have been nice if we were contacted once RR deactivated our FedEx account and explained why they could not get any refunds. We were contacted right after we left an initial (less than desired) review.

Saves me time and money - Refund Retriever is a great app that runs automatically and saves me money on shipping. They automatically request refunds for delayed shipments. It's basically free money because I would not have the time to go through all our shipments to check this. The service is great. Highly recommended.

Huge Time Saver - We have a lot of different types of shipments, many overnight shipments, and chasing down their refunds was a full time job that I never had time to do. For years, we let them go as a cost of doing business, but Refund Retriever makes this a non issue. Not having to think about it and knowing it's getting done is a huge perk for us.

Free Cash - The service just works with little to no effort on our part. Every month we get refunds from the carrier, pay the invoice to refund retriever and that's it. It's rare that there there is ever a need for anything more. If I had one request it would be to modernize their billing system. Some sort of auto payment or at least a CC on file would be nice

Every shipper needs this app!!! - We are a large volume shipper and I can't tell you how much time and money using this app saves us.We no longer have to log onto the sites and wait for responses from the shippers for delayed packages, etc. Refund Retriever does it all for us!When our bill comes from the shipper each month, the deduction is automatic for all the refunds we should be receiving. We receive a monthly statement from Refund Retriever as well showing each shipment in detail.This app is absolutely priceless!

Great App!! - We have been using Refund Retriever for about a year now. It was easy to get setup. I am always surprised at the number of shipments we get refunded. It would take too much time for us to monitor all the packages ourselves. Highly recommend this app to all website owners.

Shipping - Must have app if you ship FedEx and UPS, lowers your shipping costs immediately. No refunds, no charges. Great!

Everyone should have it! - Had this app for couple years now. To be honest I forgot about it and it recently detected a mistake by fedex and saved us about $60. The app runs free in the background and only charges you when it's in action. I don't see why every store would not have this app! They answer emails quickly too so great service.

Good app, great service! -

We have had Refund Retriever installed on our store for about 6 months. Within minutes of sign up I had received a welcome and custom screenshot of my dashboard being set up. Every refund is worth hundreds of dollars and the best part is we don't need to do anything to get the refunds!

The few times we have reached out with questions or to troubleshoot we have gotten immediate, helpful responses.  It's clear they have a good team running the show and are very diligent and customer focused.  

It's virtually risk free and I would recommend any business with a shipping component to try Refund Retriever out.
