Essential & Excellent App - Definitely recommend this app! Super easy to use and customize. Worth every penny with the carts we've managed to convert. Support is outstanding too. Dave responded really quickly and assisted with the change in email sending rules, confirming all was correctly set up. Highly recommend this tool.

Recapture is our saviour with great working App and also support is top class, Dave will bend backwards for you to make sure your app is working as it should be. We have generated £1000's that would have been missed before as the app does a great job getting customers back to the website to get orders placed. The app also have email marketing with full analytical info which helps you work out what is working and whats not. Don't mess about looking for something cheaper, recapture is worth every penny as it pays for itself.

So easy to use with GREAT results - In the last year, Recapture earned me over $70 in winback/cart abandonment revenue and I only paid a couple thousand for their services! It's fast and intuitive to set up, it's easy to test out different messages and track to see what's working best, and to view your results. I think our team combined spent only 20-30 hours the whole year to use the software, which is a great ROI. Excellent (and actually useful) app - You will see increase in profits. - Get this app. It is a great way to automate follow up with customers and recover those pesky abandoned carts. I use Recapture to gather TONS of product reviews. Another great feature is the automatic emails send to follow up with customers that haven't made a purchase in awhile. This drives a lot of additional sales without any effort or marketing expense. Best part for me - customer service is live and ready to chat about things I need.
