Ana Cuenca - In this modern times, having an online presence is a must. As small business owner, I understood this from day one. We created the online store. For this many years I been going to the nightmare of how to control my inventory, that way I can focus on the products I have. I have been a Quickbook POS user all this years as well. I have to confess that I shop around for an Online Inventory Management system without any luck. They where all incomplete or to get the functionality Quickbooks provide us, too expensive. So, I kept asking around. Why Bigcommerce doesn't connect with QBPOS? The answers I got were terrible.... so, one day, a local sales rep from QB told me, i believe I got what you need. But you must be on V19 of QBPOS so I had to buy it! And then I called Webgility and stared the Onboarding process. The issue I have is the amount of SKU's we have and what will be the best way to map the Retail store inventory to the online products. So, it took me about 3 months to clean and organize the data. I could only do it a few hours a day, that is why it took so long! But this was the best thing I have ever done for the store. After that, Bigcommerce and my POS beautifully sync and now I have the full picture about our sales and also what inventory I am standing on! I love the application. The onboarding process went smoothly. They are very patient with you. They will use the time and resources need it to make their customers happy! The service is being up and running for 4 months already. My next step is to also sync pricing. This way I wont ever need to be worry about updating two stores every time the prices increases. I extremely happy with this app!

Long time User - I’ve used Webgility to link QuickBooks Online to my Bigcommerce and Marketplace transactions . It makes it possible to collect and analyze my online sales data. I’ve found helpful and responsive assistance with Webgility’s customer service which I really appreciate.

Does the job! - I’ve used Webgility to link QuickBooks Online to my Bigcommerce transactions since 2015. It makes it possible to collect and analyze my online sales data along with my storefront data from QBO to plan inventory and assess sales. On the occasions when I’ve run into problems with data transmitting or confusion over mapping, I’ve found helpful and responsive assistance with Webgility’s customer service which I really appreciate.

Does what it is supposed to do - Onboarding can be tough but Webgility helps get you setup. After you are setup, orders automatically integrate into Qucikbooks. Very happy and a necessary part of our business. Thank you

Great! - Took some time to get it setup with their support, but once it's running it's very powerful. Support is very response, which I find important because my time is limited.

At first I was skeptical, but I've been impressed. I've shopped other programs and this is the best price. And it works! It resolutely saves time. I advise when setting the sync, just click a few order statuses: ie complete and refunded, otherwise it'll download your order at every stage. But what's amazing is that when an order is downloaded in one status, say "waiting to be shipped," you can refresh the order in ecc and it will update the status of all your orders so you're not getting double entries in QB. Also, the customer service was excellent when I did have to call. They were fast, knew their software and were professionally friendly and patient. If you're not tech savvy don't worry, they are and helpful. Thanks guys for your hard work.

I am so happy I found this! It took me a while to get the set up right however I love it so much! It has saved us so much time and its very affordable compaired to many other similar solutions. Its not perfect of course however its the best for what I have found in the market for the price. I have looked for months and months and tried about 20 other services and this is the one I have the most success with and its been the cheapest!

Great App! -

Frankly, not the least bit interested in accounting, data entry or tedious activities.  I have ADD and am all about sales and marketing. As a very small business, I have this system and call my accountant when needed..end of story. ECC Cloud automates the majority of these boring but essential processes and allows me to do what I'm good at. Thanks for creating such a helpful app!
