Correcting log in creditials - Ashish Giri did a great job, correcting several errors and upgraded my software.

Webgility Support - Webgility has the greatest support of any vendor that we have ever worked with. There is never a delay getting someone on the phone and I have never had an issue they weren't able to fix (even though I created most of the problems). All of the support reps are great but Shekhar today solved my problem almost instantly.

Always great to work with - These guys are the easiest group to work with. They will fix your issues any time they come up with a professional way. Not to mention they are always fast at it.

Ongoing issue resolved! - Tech support took our issue all the way up the development team. Although it took over a month, they were very diligent about keeping us updated on the progress and offering assistance every step of the way. It seems the issue is finally 100% resolved and working better than ever!

Webgility Support - Mudasir was my technician today. As always they get me back up and running. Unify/Webgility helps keep track of all my Ordeers in one place. I also have a salesman/account manager that checks in on me about once every one or two quarters. Cameron keeps me up to date on changes and anything new coming up, he is very proactive.
