Functional and Lovely Service - We use the pop-ups to ask customers to complete a survey after purchase and to inform international visitors of our non-US retailers. It's great to be able to target visitors by location and customize everything. We had a billing issue and it was resolved quickly and painlessly by their support team. If you're needing pop-ups on your site, know you'll have backup with this app instead of being abandoned after installation.

No support - When I pay for an app, and it's not working, I expect support to assist in a timely manner. This is not the case with this company. They never reply, and when they do it takes days. I do not suggest this app or company. Find another.

Has potential, but support was very, very slow - I had high hopes for this app, and at the time had a very specific use for it, to generate a pop-up on a specific product page to alert the customer to a short-term stock outage. I was not able to get this to work (other more basic pop-ups did work, so I know the script is working correctly), so reached out to support. I did get one reply within a couple of days asking for screenshots, which I provided, but that was the last I heard from them, despite a couple of follow-ups. The trial has expired now, but if it takes 2+ weeks for a support request, then it's not ideal.

Great integration - We just integrated Pixelpop, looks awesome so far. We like the pre designed pop ups and also the dashboard design. Easy integration just copy and paste one line.

Easy to set up! - Hey, just downloaded PixelPop. This site is awesome, i have not published any popups yet as I am still just creating a bunch. The app is easy to use and publish. no scripts needed, just plug and play. EASY. love it.

Easy Breezy! - The installation and set up process was a breeze! Much easier to configure and use than some of the competition.

Very good app - It really is a good app, we used it to notify customers of a promotion we are running on our buckets of 1750 screws.

Great Popup App! - This has been an incredible app, definitely worth paying for the exposure! There is much more to do with this app than with MailChimp.
