Worst system ever - Million glitches, ZERO I Mean ZERO customer service other than calls you can set up days out...They never answer their IM which is what I thought it was for and I think they just take the summer off. I switched from Shopfiy to this because it was better and I am beyond frustrated and was the worst decision ever. I thought BOLD was bad now I wish I had that...! Probably switching very soon because if you don't sell the standard coffee subscription then GOOD LUCK!

No customer service - I've tried a few times to have a question answered by their customer service. A few of their agents are "away" but one went away after being active. He didn't even read my question before he went away. Very poor customer service and very frustrating. I can't even set up my store with this app because of an error so I can't comment on how well it actually is.

No Customer Service - There is no customer service with this company. They don't answer emails and there is no phone. If you have problem with this company or the service you are SOL. Don't risk your business.
