speeding up support - 13 days ago I've informed Marcello support that I can't access their app. It simply not loading. I still can't and didn't hear anything back from their support. All other cases (email automation issue *3, rewards not given and so on) were taking a long time to fix every time (in some cases not even fix) . Functionality is awesome. It would do all the email marketing and rewards we need if it would work properly. But it doesn't . I would even understand having all these little technical issues if there were someone to fix them quickly. 13 days... and we're running a special so email should go out, but it's not going anywhere I guess... We have a lot of warehouse upgrade going on right now and I don't have time for switching rewards apps. I'm always fair in my reviews and that's why this one can change if something changes from Marcello support side. There is a little chance.
