Cross Platform Email Marketing at its best! - I was using Marsello years before I switch to Big Commerce and they help me completely turn a going concern into a successful small business! I have a sit down with my accounts manager every 6 weeks where we discuss next steps and analyse my data. Now that I have integrated it with my online store as well as my brick store, its helping me communicate with ALL of my customers to offer them the best deals and keep them coming back! honestly don't know where I'd be without them!

speeding up support - 13 days ago I've informed Marcello support that I can't access their app. It simply not loading. I still can't and didn't hear anything back from their support. All other cases (email automation issue *3, rewards not given and so on) were taking a long time to fix every time (in some cases not even fix) . Functionality is awesome. It would do all the email marketing and rewards we need if it would work properly. But it doesn't . I would even understand having all these little technical issues if there were someone to fix them quickly. 13 days... and we're running a special so email should go out, but it's not going anywhere I guess... We have a lot of warehouse upgrade going on right now and I don't have time for switching rewards apps. I'm always fair in my reviews and that's why this one can change if something changes from Marcello support side. There is a little chance.

Marsello has been everything they said they were... - Switched from Smile to Marsello and have been 100% satisfied. Marsello has been exactly what they've marketed themselves to be. The product has work great with my BigCommerce store and also with my Vend POS. The customer service has been outstanding. Couldn't be happier with Marsello.

Amazing Marketing Tool, Time Saver - We have been using this app for a year, I wish we had it years ago, it is a time saver, money making app, service is great and they are constantly working to add better features and more automation and flexibility. Customers Love It - Have used different customer loyalty/reward programs and no had a great response from customers. This app, however, was amazingly easy to install and instantly I had customer interaction. Definitely worth it and I have tried a bunch of them!

Amazing UI - One of the best apps i have found of the 6 months doing ecom, design can be simple and effective. And also it doesnt have to be a popup bar on the bottom, it can be a page by itself. Pricing also on point. Look forward to using this with my new Store.
