Cross Platform Email Marketing at its best! - I was using Marsello years before I switch to Big Commerce and they help me completely turn a going concern into a successful small business! I have a sit down with my accounts manager every 6 weeks where we discuss next steps and analyse my data. Now that I have integrated it with my online store as well as my brick store, its helping me communicate with ALL of my customers to offer them the best deals and keep them coming back! honestly don't know where I'd be without them!

speeding up support - 13 days ago I've informed Marcello support that I can't access their app. It simply not loading. I still can't and didn't hear anything back from their support. All other cases (email automation issue *3, rewards not given and so on) were taking a long time to fix every time (in some cases not even fix) . Functionality is awesome. It would do all the email marketing and rewards we need if it would work properly. But it doesn't . I would even understand having all these little technical issues if there were someone to fix them quickly. 13 days... and we're running a special so email should go out, but it's not going anywhere I guess... We have a lot of warehouse upgrade going on right now and I don't have time for switching rewards apps. I'm always fair in my reviews and that's why this one can change if something changes from Marcello support side. There is a little chance.

Marsello has been everything they said they were... - Switched from Smile to Marsello and have been 100% satisfied. Marsello has been exactly what they've marketed themselves to be. The product has work great with my BigCommerce store and also with my Vend POS. The customer service has been outstanding. Couldn't be happier with Marsello.

Amazing Marketing Tool, Time Saver - We have been using this app for a year, I wish we had it years ago, it is a time saver, money making app, service is great and they are constantly working to add better features and more automation and flexibility. Customers Love It - Have used different customer loyalty/reward programs and no had a great response from customers. This app, however, was amazingly easy to install and instantly I had customer interaction. Definitely worth it and I have tried a bunch of them!

Amazing UI - One of the best apps i have found of the 6 months doing ecom, design can be simple and effective. And also it doesnt have to be a popup bar on the bottom, it can be a page by itself. Pricing also on point. Look forward to using this with my new Store.

Excellent rewards app, outstanding service - We have been a Collect Loyalty user for 16 months now, and have nothing but praise for the app and the organisation behind it. They provide advanced functionality (made even better with the latest version) that enables sophisticated Loyalty strategies. Even more important for us is that service from the Collect team is fantastic - they respond quickly, they keep their commitments and are great people to work with. Collect sets the customer-satisfaction bar high!

Great rewards program to use! - So far this has been a great rewards program to use, with great rewards offers and the program is very simple to set up and use. I recommend this app for anyone!

It's ok - We wanted to love this app, but it's got problems we can't seem to get around. There's is however one HUGE issue, do not give away free products with this app. The customer will get a coupon for the product sure, and be able to add as MANY as they want to their cart. This App would be the BEST if it could LIMIT how many products could be claimed with a coupon, and if they could keep them from being combined with other offers. It is the best app for the cost in this category, but it was built for SHOPIFY not for big commerce, and it really needs to be HONED for this platform.

Great App For Any Store - This app has been a fantastic additional to my BigCommerce site. My customers really appreciate the loyalty program and it really does work. There are a lot of competitors and a loyalty program really helps to keep them doing business with you and not leaving. The application is easy to set up, customization is a breeze, and support has been fantastic with any assistance my company has needed.I highly recommend this app!

Best loyalty platform available for BigCommerce - We are so happy with Beautiful Loyalty! From our first contact, they were really responsive, even though they are located outside of the US. They answered all of our questions and even set up a call to go over a demo with us. As we discussed our needs, they actually listened, instead of trying to sell us on something we didn't need. They were friendly and helpful, and made the transition off of our old platform (good riddance Smile.io) so easy. They even worked over a weekend for us to meet our deadlines for the switchover. Their popup is a better experience for our customers and their reports provide real data we can use. Looking forward to a long-lasting partnership.

Wonderful App!!! - Let me start by saying I'm a little embarrassed to say, if you check out this app in my store, please know at the time of this posting, I haven't had time to take advantage of all the bells and whistles.I started with Beautiful Loyalty's first app and it was simple and what I needed but a little plain, as most new programs are. I have to say I am blown away with the new iteration of this program/app. It's beautiful, easy to use, with lots of useful information right at a click of a button and very professional looking. It's also very easy for my customers to use and they love it!Now, for the most important part - their customer support is so great! They are always there, quick with an answer to any questions or concerns I have and are very patient too. You can ask any question and they listen to what you are asking!I highly recommend this app to you if you are wanting a rewards program.
