Onboarding - The follow up was wonderful. I really appreciated the help with figuring out how to get things connected. The pricing is a little outside my comfort zone right now because I'm just getting started but I will take some time to look around and possibly purchase in the future.

CedCommerce services for Etsy - It's been a great pleasure working with CedCommerce team to transition my website products to Etsy market place. they are very helpful and have taken care of all the steps from setting up my Etsy store and helping me importing 3000 products from my existing website to Etsy database. My store was up within a few day and I started generating sales very quickly. Thank you very much for everything.

shipping charge setup - The person I chat with was Arpit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to go through all steps in setting up shipping and other configuration issues. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Etsy & Wish So Far - Excellent app that allows you to seamlessly link your Big Commerce Store to the most popular market places. So far I have used it for Wish and currently setting up my Etsy store. It is awesome that you can simply upload items to the various market places and manage the inventory with simple point and click updating. Now that I have acquainted myself with their app I have been getting Etsy up super fast. The app has a lot of necessary detail for all the nuances of various marketplaces so the technical help is very important. Thankfully they are top notch and always available, patient and answer all your 100's of questions. I definitely recommend!

I have had great luck with working with the app to integrate with a new marketplace for me, Wish. Awesome Customer Service - I started selling at Walmart US and now Canada, and I needed a company that could build a bridge between my BigCommerce store and the Walmarts. And here comes CedCommerce. These reps have been with me throughout the process. I have asked 1000 questions, and they are so helpful and patient. Besides, they have taught me a few shortcuts in the CedCommerce app. I appreciate their attention to detail and quick response to my chats even late at night.

CEDCommerce - I was able to easily setup the WISH integration in my BigCommerce Store with CEDcommerce. Their customer chat support was very helpful in getting me setup quickly and I am already seeing new orders from Wish.
