Very responsive and helpful - I have been pleasantly surprised by Ced Commerce . We are using them for our integrations for both Wish and Walmart. The software allows the orders to flow from the marketplace to our Big Commerce store to Ship Station and back. It also keeps track of our inventory so we don’t accidentally oversell items. We have a small team and if we had to do all of this manually we would not be able to avail ourselves of these market places so Ced Commerce has really helped us. We had some complications understanding the set up process for Walmart and the Ced Commerce team swooped in and helped us complete the steps on the Walmart side so we could get live . The team Is friendly and incredibly timely. I honestly can’t say enough good things about working with them thus far.

App user experience and Technical support - I am using Walmart marketplace connector app by CedCommerce from two months and app user experience is excellent and App is really easy to use as Bundles of option built-in this app, where we can easily handle, operate and manage things easily and I was given so much great help so far from the CedCommerce team in technical terms in both the platforms either is Walmart or BigCommerce or the app support team is really active and attentive all the time and i'm highly impressed as there app and support team is amazing. and i am planning too go with other services with CedCommerce team as they provide the complete E-commerce solution to expand your online business! Highly recommended!

Cedcommerce - I have used Ced apps for Aliexpress & am now using for other integrations. I find them to be very helpful and their plan pricing to be great. I can always contact someone when needed, which is very helpful. I do recommend using this app.

Onboarding - The follow up was wonderful. I really appreciated the help with figuring out how to get things connected. The pricing is a little outside my comfort zone right now because I'm just getting started but I will take some time to look around and possibly purchase in the future.

CedCommerce services for Etsy - It's been a great pleasure working with CedCommerce team to transition my website products to Etsy market place. they are very helpful and have taken care of all the steps from setting up my Etsy store and helping me importing 3000 products from my existing website to Etsy database. My store was up within a few day and I started generating sales very quickly. Thank you very much for everything.

shipping charge setup - The person I chat with was Arpit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to go through all steps in setting up shipping and other configuration issues. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Etsy & Wish So Far - Excellent app that allows you to seamlessly link your Big Commerce Store to the most popular market places. So far I have used it for Wish and currently setting up my Etsy store. It is awesome that you can simply upload items to the various market places and manage the inventory with simple point and click updating. Now that I have acquainted myself with their app I have been getting Etsy up super fast. The app has a lot of necessary detail for all the nuances of various marketplaces so the technical help is very important. Thankfully they are top notch and always available, patient and answer all your 100's of questions. I definitely recommend!
