Fantastic gallery module and even better support - Magic Zoom Plus is definitely a big improvement to the native BC gallery. Igor was fantastic in helping us make some customizations and resolve the bugs that were uncovered.

Cleanly does the work - It's no surprise that default bigcommerce zoom feature with magnifying glass is very irritating on mobile phones, specially when you can't navigate to the bottom of the page, as the image keeps "magnifying" when clicked anywhere in the entire image frame. Have been living with this problem for years . Finally this app solved the issue with just the installation. I haven't even touched and changed anything in the settings, it does everything right in the first go. Even on my heavily customised theme. Kudos to app makers.

Good app - It's a good app for pix zoom. I hope just if you can work on the app's code to make it faster.

Great App and Support - We just signed up for the MagicToolbox app to take advantage of the 360 Spins feature with Sirv. The process of implementing these tools was very straightforward and I love the simplicity and automation that seamlessly displays images from Sirv directly to the matching product IDs. Upon noticing that the app didn't initially integrate with our theme, I reached out to tech support and they had the app installed within 24 hrs. This tool is definitely worth the cost and we are excited to provide a more engaging experience for our customers with these features.

Best App and Support Ever! Intuit Solutions vs Magic Zoom Plus - I was a little hesitate getting this app, but I took the chance and installed it. Our previous photo & video setup was installed by Intuit Solutions. I didn't want to mess it up and have to have a developer work on it all over again. I have the Stencil Cornerstone theme that was made with Intuit Solutions a couple years ago. After using it for a 1-2 years, I was tired of the circling images. There was no thumnails under the photos if the photos were enlarged. Even if I made the photos with low resolution, saved for the web, it still took a few seconds to load. Also, the bottom scroll with thumbnails arrows were hardly visible. And if you clicked those arrows only 1 photo moved to the side at a time. The Youtube icon they inserted to show there was a video was blurry and looked unprofessional. They tweeked it and it still looked blurry. But they said that is the best they can do. I added this video feature later and paid an additional $500. Keep in mind, with Intuit Solutions, you would be paying developers to tweek all these feature for you which can add up. They have done other work for me that was great, I just didn't care for their product image app.With Magic Zoom Plus, I asked several questions and they answered within 24 hours everytime. This is an app that you can uninstall if you don't like it. So try it with the free trial, you can't go wrong!!!UPDATE: It's been about 4 years. I needed to tweek something and Magic Zoom Plus replied within hours and implemented what I needed. I probably contact them every year to tweek something and they respond speedy quick every single time! This app just runs perfectly...period!

Install On BigCommerce - Could not find on website MagicZoom Plus Module for BigCommerce, on enquiry a direct link was provided within the hour and later had some compatibility issue and a required script was installed for me next day. All working fine as expected. This help was provided for a product I bought from them in 2014 for no charge.

Wish I purchased this a long time ago - updated 7/10/19 - about a month now and my sales continue to be increased since I added this app, especially mobile sales. Furthermore I had an issue and they were very quickly to reply and fix the issue. Quality of the app, return on investment and customer service all get FIVE STARS!!!! >>>> ORIGINAL REVIEW >>>>After getting another app (Lucky Orange) which gave me a heat map of my customers actions I realized my customers were trying to manipulate the images, especially on mobile devices.I was going to give this app about 2 weeks before making a final decision and 30 days for a review but my mobile device conversion rate has increased by over 1% and desktop conversion rate by .75% for 12 days straight since adding this app to my store. Except for changing the text of "click to zoom" to "click to view full size" I left everything at their default settings. Further the number of items per order has increased dramatically. I moved from another platform to Big Commerce, then from a blue print theme to a Stencil theme - and this inexpensive app increased my sales, especially my mobile device sales, more than anything else I tried.

Great App! - This is a great app if your images are on the smaller side and don't zoom with the BC theme you use (although they used to). I didn't have to retake and/or resize my images. My images look great with this app and the zoom is something customers like. After I installed the app, I needed some support. Igor's response was fast, and he worked with me until I had exactly what I wanted. I have no problem recommending this app.

Best App out there! - We have been looking for this zoom option for a while and contacted many agency to install something quite like it. Everything was built from scratch and very expensive. The support has been A+, very quick and very precise. It really makes the user experience much better from the stencil template from bigcommerce. therefore do not think twice, this will help you convert at a higher percentage guaranteed.

My favourite app by far (they are very helpful) - My theme is a unique custom design but I just quickly emailed Magic Tool box and Igor just told me to install the app and give him access to my Store Design in bigcommerce, less than an hour later he had it all fixed up so needless to say I bought it immediately because it's looks amazing and is so seamless particularly on mobile. Highly recommended. Thanks guys for making this, I know how hard and time consuming it is to create something like this. Great value for money.
