Fantastic gallery module and even better support - Magic Zoom Plus is definitely a big improvement to the native BC gallery. Igor was fantastic in helping us make some customizations and resolve the bugs that were uncovered.

Cleanly does the work - It's no surprise that default bigcommerce zoom feature with magnifying glass is very irritating on mobile phones, specially when you can't navigate to the bottom of the page, as the image keeps "magnifying" when clicked anywhere in the entire image frame. Have been living with this problem for years . Finally this app solved the issue with just the installation. I haven't even touched and changed anything in the settings, it does everything right in the first go. Even on my heavily customised theme. Kudos to app makers.

Good app - It's a good app for pix zoom. I hope just if you can work on the app's code to make it faster.

Great App and Support - We just signed up for the MagicToolbox app to take advantage of the 360 Spins feature with Sirv. The process of implementing these tools was very straightforward and I love the simplicity and automation that seamlessly displays images from Sirv directly to the matching product IDs. Upon noticing that the app didn't initially integrate with our theme, I reached out to tech support and they had the app installed within 24 hrs. This tool is definitely worth the cost and we are excited to provide a more engaging experience for our customers with these features.

Best App and Support Ever! Intuit Solutions vs Magic Zoom Plus - I was a little hesitate getting this app, but I took the chance and installed it. Our previous photo & video setup was installed by Intuit Solutions. I didn't want to mess it up and have to have a developer work on it all over again. I have the Stencil Cornerstone theme that was made with Intuit Solutions a couple years ago. After using it for a 1-2 years, I was tired of the circling images. There was no thumnails under the photos if the photos were enlarged. Even if I made the photos with low resolution, saved for the web, it still took a few seconds to load. Also, the bottom scroll with thumbnails arrows were hardly visible. And if you clicked those arrows only 1 photo moved to the side at a time. The Youtube icon they inserted to show there was a video was blurry and looked unprofessional. They tweeked it and it still looked blurry. But they said that is the best they can do. I added this video feature later and paid an additional $500. Keep in mind, with Intuit Solutions, you would be paying developers to tweek all these feature for you which can add up. They have done other work for me that was great, I just didn't care for their product image app.With Magic Zoom Plus, I asked several questions and they answered within 24 hours everytime. This is an app that you can uninstall if you don't like it. So try it with the free trial, you can't go wrong!!!UPDATE: It's been about 4 years. I needed to tweek something and Magic Zoom Plus replied within hours and implemented what I needed. I probably contact them every year to tweek something and they respond speedy quick every single time! This app just runs perfectly...period!

Works Well - Good Support - Product works well and was installed quickly. We just had our first support issue and they fixed the problem in a quick and professional manner - great!

Trying to get support - Seems to do a decent job out of the box, but not getting any support so far. Having some cut off images and some resizing issues. Both of which aren't handled in the settings area. Going on the 4th day without any support.
