Functional and Efficient - If you are doing commerce on multiple channels you cannot go wrong with LitCommerce. The customer service is there 24/7 if you ever need them and the app does what you need it to do - sync all your channels together under 1 dashboard. Inventory, orders etc. Highly recommend LitCommerce and the good people behind it.

Works great and amazing customer support - After a bad experiences with other store connector apps, I tried Litcommerce. It's a great app that works perfectly fine. I use it to connect to our Etsy store and Google Merchant account to manage our products and orders. It's really great to use, I would highly recommend!

Fast customer service - Litcommerce customer is very fast and accurate. I installed this app to list many listings from the original channel to another. I saved so much time using this app and impressed by customer service.

Litcommerce setup - I installed this app hoping for it to streamline all my channels into one for inventory control. the interface seems very clean and easy, though I had errors importing into ebay and otehr channels, support was very quick to address my problems and seek remedies, there is a bit of a learning curve, but from what I have seem so far I think it will be well worth while in the end

LitCommerce - I've been using LitCommerce for a couple of weeks, and have found it very useful for sending feeds to google shopping, and listing on ebay. I can see myself using it to integrate with amazon and other marketplaces. I find it intuitive to use, and it seems to work well. Live chat are very responsive and helpful, and will escalate if needed, which is much appreciated!

Awesome Support - multiple contacts - I accidently connected LitCommerce to a trial site of Bigcommerce. Support was quick and easy to correct the issue. This level of quick support is unheard of in today's marketplaces. So excited to continue integrating all my products and stores using LitCommerce.

Great Support, Worked hard to solve any issues and questions presented. - If you have a multi-environment bigcommerce setup (production,staging, sandbox etc), speak with the support to save yourself some headache. Depending on what you connect will affect products loaded. If you have a single story, it should be relatively straightforward. You can ask support for the guides for each of the channels you need connected if something isn't clear. There was a technical issue (500 Server error) that was discovered, but they had it resolved within about 12 hours. Browser plugins (especially those for social media) can interfere with the channel connections. So if you have browser extensions with the name of any of the channels in them (Facebook, Google, etc), you might want to use a private/incognito window for the channel setup or temporarily disable those extensions. They can cause issues and problems with channel setup. Note: We don't have this in our production store just yet, but so far the integration is promising and has been a positive experience.

Great App and Support - This app is very universal and works with many market channels. A little temperamental at times but you would expect that with as many tools provided. Great support to help with any issues.

Hands down the best connection app - Hands down the best, simple easy and great support, had a really hard time getting set up because I had linked another account by accident but they helped my fix it and it was worth it, great app 10/10 really great
