Great Support - We wanted to move away from another marketplace connection while also connecting multiple stores in a single account. There were some hiccups but their support team was great at helping to resolve all of the issues. The app looks and works great and the team is super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect App with Great Support - I'm trying my hand at listing things on eBay. I wanted something that directly integrates my site including stock quantities as well as all the custom filters I have set up. While I was playing around with this app, I felt disappointed that I couldn't figure out how to do a couple of things, and it was Saturday evening. So, I left a message, and Harvey responded late Saturday night. I know there is a time difference, but was surprised that they are there 7 days a week during specific hours. Sunday morning I dived back in and played around some more, got things going, and was pleased, but noticed that I couldn't figure out another thing, and asked for assistance again, and this time I got Pauline within minutes. Very helpful, gave me screenshots, and pointed out exactly what I needed and a little more. The abilities of this app seem endless. 2 days in, and I'm really impressed. And the cost, like others have mentioned is very affordable. Who knows, maybe I'll try Walmart next! :)

Great support - I've surfed through three eCommerce platforms trying to find the right one and I've used their software to do it without issue. I've also used InkFrog (as it's a freebee with BigCommerce), but believe litCommerce is far better, easier to use with solid integrations, has great people backing it up and is worth the spend!

Lit commerce works seamlessly with BigCommerce and is night and day better than what I was using previously. Best Product for Multiple Marketplaces - We're currently migrating from CED Commerce, as we are selling across multiple marketplaces, and LitCommerce is proving to be a much easier to use and more reliable product, and cheaper to boot!
