App Doesn't Work. Keep Charging Me. No Service - I was unable to install the app several months ago. The only way to contact the company is to send a message and hope they reach out. After several attempts to make contact, they did reach out but were not helpful. They have been charging my credit card every month and there is no way to stop it. Messaged the company asking for a refund and to stop the charges, but still no response.

Are they even in business anymore? - We signed up with them just a few months ago and it seemed to work fine. Last week our Instagram feed stopped working. I emailed them and tried their contact portal but no response. I tried to contact by phone and it just rang and rang and eventually hung up on me. I would ask that BigCommerce investigate and remove this app if unable to contact.

Zero Support - Still Being Charged!!!! - Never used the app because support took forever to install (they never did), ended up using Elfsight apps, and we're still being billed for this service that we never ever used. Please remove this company as they provide zero customer service and make it impossible to stop being charged.

Excellent service! - Ran into an issue with the app at first but once I got on support with Afreedi, he helped me identify the issue, was patient to help me resolve it and stayed with me until it was working perfectly. Great app!

Installing the InstaPics App - We were unsuccessful installing the InstaPics app after numerous tries with other professional partners. When we asked ExpertVillage to install, they were supportive and informed us what step we missed in order for the App to sync up properly. We now have our long awaited Instagram feed on the site. ExpertVillage was great; only downside is it took a full day for each email exchange which added more time to our fix to occur.

Instagram website gallery - We would highly recommend this App. It works exactly as advertised, Installation was seamless. The developers of this app are extremely helpful. Great App! Support great!
