Good Support - Support went above and beyond for an issue outside the scope of the plug in. Plug in worked flawless, only needed support for issues with my theme lazy load not working properly.

Extremely Easy to Use - Having over 4000 items on my site, I needed a way to both fix my product picture's size for speed and add the alt text for the search engines. Image optimizer took care of both with little effort. Definitely worth investing in if you are always adding new products to site.

IMAGE OPTIMIZER - Not enough functionality. There's no way to ever overwrite the generic description its assigned. Its helpful to fill in data tags where no data exists but that it. You also can't download to excel file and overwrite there and re-upload.

Disappointing - This is very easy, but I can tell no difference in speed. Both PageSpeed Insights and Gtmetrix show no difference/improvement.

Good Support - Great, responsive support. However, I have had issues. The app works, but in my case there was problem with the Big Commerce API rate limits. Mostly likely, my case is an isolated one, but it did require extra efforts.

Made our site faster immediately - this app worked like a charm! The minute we installed it, the app optimized hundreds of images within minutes and the site was noticeably faster on all pages and especially the product pages that had been 'slow to load' before. Great product!! Great price as well.

Very useful - On the first day, It optimized 483 images. Saved me a lot of time if I had to do it myself. I used a DTG printer and all their shirts photos ( over 400 ) had to be optimized. So great value for the money spent in terms of time savings and peace of mind knowing that any new phots will be taken care of automatically.

Helpful for Products, but Needs Work - While this app does a good job with optimizing product images, it doesn't have the ability to view/edit any other pages on the BigCommerce platform. I raised a question to support about this issue and received a fast response, but an unacceptable solution. The answer was that BigCommerce doesn't permit them to scan/edit the other pages and sorry. Even if the app generated a report or support docs on how to locate the images using WebDav or similar would be better than a hard "No."This plugin will work fine if content marketing is not a part of your overall traffic generating strategy because it does save time.

Easy to use and saved a lot of time - This plugin was super easy to use. Just tell it how you want to rename photos, and it automatically compresses and renames them. The image compression is done well and has helped my page load times. Support is very friendly and responsive. Thanks.

overall wonderful app - This app does such a great job of optimizing images. This is the app that has been missing from this marketplace for the longest time. Not only does it do a great job of compression, but also image renaming and ALT Tags for optimized SEO. This is a wonderful addition and now they just added a Refuel which gives you the option to optimize more beyond your monthly limit at one-time pricing which is the same as the standard pricing also.
