Quickest install ever - What a nice piece of kit. Was super easy to install once i had the assistance of livechat support helping me through each step. Its rare enough to see install going completely smoothly but this did so well done guys on a very nice, easy to set up, well designed, well thought out UX. I wish it was always this easy

Great Rewards Program - The Gratisfaction team is very hands on and quick at responding when we need help in the app. There are some limitations to what you can offer with their rewards program, but it is very comprehensive otherwise. I would also appreciate further integration with our email provider so that we can send redemption emails and the like through our ESP instead. Overall, it is a great starter app for those looking to create an online rewards program for their business.

5 star App - A fantastic app with exceptional customer service. The features on the app are awesome and easy to understand and integrate with Big Commerce. Various loyalty options allows us the flexibility to tailor make and reward our customers on multiple fronts. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service extended to us and the support team helped us trouble shoot some initial hick ups we faced and going out of way to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied. I would certainly recommend the app

Awesome Integration - Gratisfaction is an awesome App. I loved the way the app's dashboard is set up at the time of installation. Simple and straightforward steps and the App got integrated into my store. Easy customization of almost all components of the app. Thanks for such an app design. I actually needed it so that I could reward my customers during purchases.Since my store is still an MVP, I am just integrating things. But definitely, your app will help me a lot. I would need such apps or services that would help to conduct kids' activities, organize some fun events, social media engagement, etc.

Great App and Best Customer Service - I tried multiple Loyalty Apps for our customers. This is the easiest and affordable way to give back to our loyal customers and new referrals. For a short period of time using this app we gain a lot of traffic and new subscribers. I just upgraded from 500 to 5000 users. Hoping that I need to upgrade sooner than later. Praveen helped me to resolve some technical issues. Very knowledgeable and courteous. A MUST HAVE APP in your store!

Far & Away The Best Loyalty Rewards Program Out There - I ran a trial with all of the major apps that offer loyalty rewards programs, and Gratisfaction offers far and away the most bang for your buck, along with excellent customer service. The only downside is that the initial setup can be a little bit confusing, but do not let that lead you astray, as with just a few emails to customer service I had the program up and running, and it is absolutely fantastic! So many extras included I have not even had the time too check them all out yet, but if you are looking at Smile for example...stop looking...this one is WAY better!
