No support on a particular question - I haven't implemented the program yet because they aren't answering a particular question of mine. They are responsive to support emails except on one question that I have asked repeatedly, so I have to assume that part of the app doesn't work, which is Automatic Coupons, which is supposed to automatically apply an affiliate's coupon code on the checkout screen. (They shouldn't have to both use the affiliate link AND type in a code in order to get a discount.) This feature is one of the main reasons I installed this app, so I'm dead in the water. Otherwise, the app seems totally fantastic, versatile, easy to use, and packed with features. But I give up because they won't help on the feature that I need.

Spam bot central - Not even 24 hours since install and I'm spending all my time dealing with spam bots that have registered. I took all the advice recommended: no automatic approval, google re-captcha, add additional fields in the form, turn off the marketplace option, etc and no difference. I'm also paying for the premium package. So far I'm not seeing how there are so many glowing reviews.

Not so good - Usually I write detailed reviews. Not today. This software would work OK if you had an already big following. But no one is going to be going looking for you. I have had a discover campaign in pending for weeks now. Nothing has progressed.

Data Privacy Questions - We have not been able to speak with the support team regarding details on their Privacy Policy. They seem to retain so much of the store data, and the language in the Privacy Policy is ambiguous. I was able to get an email saying that they have deleted all of our data.
