COMPROMISED - This app appears to have been compromised, and I have reported it several times to their security department and on LinkedIn. I have gotten no response! Someone set up an Affiliate Sign-up Bonus of $35 and suddenly, we kept getting affiliates signing up from Vietnam.I am uninstalling and removing all codes. Very disappointed that such a large company would not take this more seriously~!

Highly Satisfied, would absolutely reccomend - Very feature-rich and customizable. We have been running for about a year and are very happy with our decision to use this for Affiliate marketing. We were able to install and implement everything ourselves. Only once did we have to reach out for support; we found their support very responsive and helpful.

Feature-rich, customizable, and outstanding support - We’ve been really impressed with Goaffpro. After evaluating several affiliate platforms, we chose it for its wide and highly customizable feature set and intuitive admin panel. The documentation is clear, detailed, and well organized, and the extensive YouTube help videos are a big plus. Their 24x7 live support is truly outstanding. They respond quickly and were incredibly helpful during our pre-launch phase. It’s rare to find this level of functionality and service in one package. Highly recommend.

No support on a particular question - I haven't implemented the program yet because they aren't answering a particular question of mine. They are responsive to support emails except on one question that I have asked repeatedly, so I have to assume that part of the app doesn't work, which is Automatic Coupons, which is supposed to automatically apply an affiliate's coupon code on the checkout screen. (They shouldn't have to both use the affiliate link AND type in a code in order to get a discount.) This feature is one of the main reasons I installed this app, so I'm dead in the water. Otherwise, the app seems totally fantastic, versatile, easy to use, and packed with features. But I give up because they won't help on the feature that I need.

Spam bot central - Not even 24 hours since install and I'm spending all my time dealing with spam bots that have registered. I took all the advice recommended: no automatic approval, google re-captcha, add additional fields in the form, turn off the marketplace option, etc and no difference. I'm also paying for the premium package. So far I'm not seeing how there are so many glowing reviews.
