Great Analytics Solution - I've been using Glew for several years now. The pro version provides many more insights than the default BigCommerce analytics. Glew's free starter version is also worthwhile. Their morning daily snapshot email provides a nice overview of key metrics from the previous day. You can also create custom reports. Most importantly, the data is accurate, which I can't say about others I've tried (e.g. DataBox). They're also working on an AI feature that should make pulling insights from the data easier. Assuming you spend the time to dive into everything the paid versions offer, it should still be worth the high price tag.

Great Free Analytics - Glew provides key missing reports that allow us to better understand our performance across categories. The segmenting and filtering capabilities are extremely easy to use and let you configure your reports exactly like you need them.

Ease of Use - Glew is extremely easy to use and provides clear data. I have not utilized Glew to its full potential but I am increasingly turning to Glew for insights into product performance and overall store growth. It is very intuitive and simple to use.

Great all around functionality - Glew has been great and providing us analytics and sales data in a way we never thought we would be able to achieve. Its incredibly flexible in what it does and integrates into many other platforms we use.Its allowed us to improve decision making in both sales and purchasing and allowed is to increase indept analytics in ranges we would have had to normally guess.Its been a massive relief to have something like glew available to us. Would certainly recommend.

Necessary for any business! - Big Commerce has all but killed any analytics. Glew to the rescue! I find just about everything I need right here, readily available. Absolute must for any Big Commerce store.

Absolutely Crucial - This is the kind of product that every eCommerce outfit on BigCommerce will need. Unless you’ve got a guy dedicated to crunching numbers to get the analytics you need. In our case we didn’t and Glew really fills that void. It’s something I can see us using years into the future.

Cross-reference that information with Google Analytics, ShipStation, Social, and Campaign metrics. Flexible and complete - Still new to this app, but the flexibility and depth beat anything I've seen.

Very Extensive Metrics and Analytics - I had been looking for an analytics platform that combined data from multiple sources to give a more comprehensive view of my business, and that also did a deeper dive into my customer and inventory analytics. I've looked at many platforms in the past, but couldn't find one that checked off all the boxes until I discovered Glew. It has a comprehensive list of out of the box metrics that has far exceeded what I was looking for, and the list of 3rd party data sources it has pre-built integrations with is very extensive. I'm only scratching the surface of the data and insights I now have access to. I received a walk through demonstration when I first signed up that was very helpful and the handful of minor questions I've had have been answered very promptly. I'm very happy with Glew.

Great Customer Service & Support - We've recently moved to BC from Shopify and found that the reporting wasn't comparable. I was struggling to get the user-friendly information I'd become accustomed to. Despite one negative review, which, to be honest, I disregarded because it was so out of kilter with the other positive reviews ( as a business owner, you can kind of guess where that might have come from!), I contacted Glew and have been delighted with the response. I spoke to Chris Elliot THE SAME DAY, which I thought was unbelievable service and my data started downloading that day on my free trial. On day 1 Chris ran through the various key metrics I could expect from Glew. I was impressed! Later, I checked my data but couldn't access it and Chris came back to me again quickly to explain that the data was still downloading. I then had a second call where Chris went through my data and helped me set up a couple of reports I was needing. All in all delighted with the superb support, the data and how easily you can manipulate it to exactly what you need. And what's more it's all in the one place - no going between Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Big Commerce etc. LOVE IT! The Ying to BigCommerce's Yang - We've seen 10x more traffic and sales since we migrated from a homegrown version of Magento to BigCommerce. BC's lack of any in-depth analytics created a data vacuum and we started looking for any way to grade our progress. We were initially skeptical at first, but once we installed Glew’s App, we were hooked. My entire staff now gets daily reports that are in-depth, actionable and complete. We find tweaks every day to problems that we didn’t know we had. Their support is actually a human with a telephone, who knew that even existed anymore. Best analytical app EVER! - I have worked on a lot of websites and the GLEW app is absolutely the best I have ever used. It is easy to use and has so many relevant reports that help drive business in a smart way. The email integrations are amazing and make targeting your customers easy and effective. Wouldn't do with out it now.

I can't run my business without Glew! - I use Glew daily to check what’s working and what’s not, sales, ad spend, top performing products, customer LTV, building out audiences for FB, etc. I use the data I get from Glew to dictate future orders which saves me a ton of money on unsold product, and ensures I have the sizes and styles people have been looking for historically. Their customer service is second to none, and any questions I have are answered immediately. This is the best $ I spend all month on my business!!
