Not Free - The from setup and features were fine easy to use. the challenge is all we need is a simple form plugin. This one was listed as free with "no recurring fees" but there is a free trial for 30 days then it requires $29/mo

No Support and Tool Doesn't Work - Form worked great for a while then we had issues where the emails wouldn't send to us. Eventually MightyForms helped resolve the issue but it took a while and wasn't a perfect fix!Last Monday they sent an email stating we'd used 50% of our plan, which had just renewed for the month. I tried to log in to check, but couldn't login! Emailed them and still, over a week later, no respose!! I have chased several times since. Going to find another tool, as this doesn't work properly and the support is awful!

will stop working anytime without notice - Forms are amazing looking and things are great until everything stops working at anytime without any notice, good luck trying to recover from that. Your customers will think they are emailing you, but nope, Mighty Forms overall is too unreliable to actually get you those emails, and therefor the trust is lost.

ripoff - This is a contact form. Why in the world do you think these prices are even remotely legit. Should be free or next to it

No Support - Worked good for awhile but became inconsistent in delivering messages to us. Sometimes we get them, sometimes we don't. Company does not respond to any support messages. Have sent several over the last few months with no answer.

Waste of Time - The MightyForm app was easy to install and easy to navigate. However, the app never fully worked within the BC environment. After reaching out to BC support and multiple days back and forth with MightForms support personnel, my forms were never able to be published without MightyForm doing it from the back end. Subsequently, it was impossible to make updates to the form once MightyForm personnel 'published' the form for me. Day after day, MF Support said "we're looking into the problem" but I finally had to give up on this app as it did us no good since we couldn't get the app to work properly even with MF intervention.

Simple to build, Beautiful everywhere. - Seriously the best form editor I’ve ever used. Makes customizing a breeze!Looks beautiful everywhere. Fluid responsive design is essential, and this app nails it.The simplistic, yet organized format in which email notifications are delivered is great. The customization for receiving emails alone it fantastic.

Great App! Outstanding Support! - I tried lots of form apps and finally settled on “Contact Form, Survey & Form Builder – MightyForms” and then upgraded to the PRO+ version because I needed additional fields over the free version. I found it easy to use and when I did have a question or issue, email support was timely and most helpful. I recommend it and suggest if you need to create a form you should give the free version a try.

Wow – Great easy to use solution! - We needed some standard feedback forms, plus forms for things like job applicants submitting their resume, people requesting assistance uploading photos of the problem products, and similar.The forms are simple. We're even able to use multi-level forms, where clicking on one item opens a list of other options. Everything looks great and works perfectly.There a multiple things you can do to handle the forms, and respond to the submitter.A really well made product that will make your life a lot easier.

Pretty good! - One of the most cost-effective form tools we’ve found and extremely easy to use. I wish there was a bit more versatility to the type of questions you can add to a form, but overall it’s pretty good!

Great support team! - I like the fact that you can use a template and edit it to your liking or you can drag & drop so easily.They offer the ability to create a form for every possible situation. Just start with a template or start from scratch.Really saved my time. Support was extremely helpful!

I use it a lot! - MightyForms is great if you want to convert your PDF file form into a web form. I use it a lot for it! With MightyForms you display the file however you like. Also you are able to fill in the submitted information back into PDF format for your convenience.

Don't think that Google Forms is the best free solution for complex forms out there. MightyForms beats it by a mile. MightyForms offers unique fields not available on any other free platform solution. My favorites of these are: Drag & Drop Form Creator and Real-Time Data Capture Technology.This option is ideal for small online businesses. Forms integration is second to none.
