So far, so good - Transitioning to Fera from Judge.me after they up and left its Big Commerce users to hang out to dry.It turned out to be a great thing, because Fera is easier to use, looks better, and functions on our website much better than Judge.me ever did.

Good App - Fera Reviews is a dependable app that does the basics well: it collects and displays customer reviews in a clean, straightforward way, and the interface is easy enough to navigate. For businesses that just want a simple review solution, it works as advertised.However, there are some notable drawbacks. The pricing is steep at $99 per month, especially when compared to Judge.me, which offers a free plan, or other alternatives that come in around £30/month. At this price point, you’d expect more advanced functionality.One disappointment is the BigCommerce integration. Instead of working seamlessly within the BigCommerce dashboard, the plugin redirects you to a separate website. This breaks the workflow and feels clunky compared to other apps that keep everything inside BigCommerce. On top of that, Fera doesn’t provide deeper product-level analytics such as conversion rates or performance insights, which other review apps do. For merchants who want actionable data tied directly to their store, this is a missed opportunity.Overall, Fera Reviews is reliable and user-friendly, but it feels basic in certain areas and lacks the extras that would justify its premium price. If you’re after a straightforward review tool, it’s fine, but if you want richer analytics and tighter integration with BigCommerce, there are more cost-effective and feature-rich options out there. ..... I must say though, product support is absolutely amazing. Response is immediate and they fix any issue you have, hence the 5 stars

Staff are super helpful - I discovered this app while searching for a way to make our review process more robust. I’m not especially tech-savvy, but the staff was patient, kind, and very communicative throughout the setup process. The setup itself is straightforward — our site just has some customizations that made it a bit more involved.I would absolutely recommend this app. I also know I’m not yet using all of its capabilities, but I’m looking forward to doing so as we continue to grow and expand our business.Nice work, team — you solved an important problem for BigCommerce users!

Solid Support and clean widgets - I moved over from another provider as they sunsetted support on Bigcommerce. And after hours of searching for a new provider chose Fera because of what they offer and the reasonable price point. I ran into a couple issues getting reviews to display and was very impressed with the level of support they offered. Roel jumped right in and helped me resolve the issue right away. So far, I'm, impressed with the support and clean operation of Fera.
