Useful - This app has a lot of promise and a nice UI, but unfortunately it's not clear how to use it and is very confusing. It really needs some video guides because it clearly can do what I want, but you're never sure what you're doing. Have tried a few times and setting rules to update specific category, I was disappointed to see the wrong products have been updated with the wrong info, so not a good result. That said, the CSV export/import feature is excellent and easy to use, so I've had success with that. TBH, I'd dump the rest of the app and just use that, I think. One thing though, when selecting categories to export, a tick box method would be far easier and faster, you can only select one at a time and have to keep scrolling down your list to find more, tedious!

Life Saver - This App is an absolute life saver. Very hard to bulk edit custom fields directly with Big Commerce Import Sheets. Using this makes it very simply and we've been able build out new functions on our site via custom fields and utilize this tool to help automate the process.

A must for Custom Fields - Makes life easier for creating custom fields. You can use custom fields for store website use or exporting products to sales channels.

Power better filters, or combine with auto categorisation to automatically move products into the correct categories based on data fields.We mainly use the import/export options, and you still have to do a bit of work matching the exported product IDs to product names or categories using a spreadsheet, but it's fairly easy. It's not particularly documented, but it also allows you to delete redundant custom fields using an import too.It's not perfect - logging of imports is very limited, and it cannot handle adding multiple custom fields with the same name and different data, but it's much faster than hand editing, especially if you have complex requirements. Top tip: Split large files into about 1000 rows at a time. More than that tends to lead to skipped rows.

I want to like it but... - I really want to like this but but it is not very intuitive. The help section is really repetitious and doesnt explain very well on their site . There is not option to email or contact another way. So I guess that's it?

Great App, Better Customer Service - I first downloaded the app for a quick fix to handle some custom field changes, but after hitting a few Use Case snags, I reached out to customer service. Not only did they help solve the issue, they added a minor feature request during the process. I now use the app for regularly for product maintenance and if I run into any issues, their team is extremely fast to respond.

Great add on - Great tool to help customize your site. Adding and updating custom fields manually is not easy but with this tool its very simple. I would recommend this tool to any store owner. They also have great tech support.
