It works :) - So far this is promising. Ok, so those looking to put subscriptions on their site, this app won't give you exactly that out of the box, what it does however is allows you to set up subscriptions on Chargebee and connect to BigCommerce and when a subscription is due it generates the order in BigCommerce - this is great, because it means it is automated for you and you never miss an order. I have managed to get a setup that I am happy with: I created a new product on BigCommerce, I then set it to "This product cannot be purchased in my online store" - then I edited this product in the BigCommerce Page Builder and set an HTML widget up with the Chargebee subscription link... so when my customers go to this product, they click the link and it loads Chargebee's checkout and allows my customers to subscribe to this product without ever leaving my site. I would love to see Chargebee perhaps bring a future update where we don't need such work arounds, where they build their links in to a "subscription" button for products in BigCommerce and all automated via their app, but this might be a lot to ask? I haven't tested this with my customers yet, but I have with my own testing and it all seems to work fine... the support is great, pretty quick responses and helped me to resolve a couple of minor issues. Definitely worth trying if you are looking for a subscription system (although, you will have to do some work making it compatible with your site).Once my customers have tested this, I will be back to update this review... so far, I am pleased and so 5 star as it stands.
