Just not a good fit - We gave it a try but the functionality seemed limited. You can make a very basic catalog as they don't pull a lot of the product fields. We were looking to make tear sheets and with basically just product description field you can't add a lot of key data MPN, UPC, Custom Fields, Brand, etc etc

horrible customer service, makes claims that it can not support - You are supposed to be able import SKUs and barcodes into your catalog from your BigCommerce website, however, that doesn't work. Trying to get someone to help with the issue is basically impossible. They don't respond to emails for days. The online chat says that they are online, but they do not respond. The product makes false claims, and as a result has been a huge time and money waste for me.

Don't do it - The app is not user friendly at all. You will not get the flexibility you expect once you upgrade.

Stopped working night before a trade show w/no notice & no customer support - Wanted to love this - put in endless hours to build line sheets for our 1st trade show. Only to then have the entire program & their website crash as I was about to finish & print the line sheets.... AND find out that they cannot be reached! No customer support at least outside of their business hours. You would think that an emergency such as their entire site / software going down would be urgent enough to address it after hours. Anyway, I learned the incredibly hard way that this software cannot be trusted or relied upon. Hoping this review might get someones attention & that they will fix it ASAP.
