Just not a good fit - We gave it a try but the functionality seemed limited. You can make a very basic catalog as they don't pull a lot of the product fields. We were looking to make tear sheets and with basically just product description field you can't add a lot of key data MPN, UPC, Custom Fields, Brand, etc etc

Great - It make super catalogs. Quality is nice, Make thing so easy for us to present our products in front of our custmer.

Finally - Just what we needed - Simple to use and very helpful customer service. Finally I am able to create customer specific catalogs based on category to mail to our older demographic.

Wholesale Catalogs - Great app for small businesses that really works within a similar budget. Customer service is great. The developers continue to make improvements and also encourage customer feedback and suggestions as to how to make the app better. I am able to customize the catalog which is fantastic. Looking forward to new improvements in the app!

Fairly straight forward - Pretty straight forward, wish it would auto sync with categories instead of me manually syncing and rearranging the products when a new product is added. It is also a bit squirrley when trying to re-arrange products. Wish annual plan could be cancelled and prorated if it doesn't meet my needs.

horrible customer service, makes claims that it can not support - You are supposed to be able import SKUs and barcodes into your catalog from your BigCommerce website, however, that doesn't work. Trying to get someone to help with the issue is basically impossible. They don't respond to emails for days. The online chat says that they are online, but they do not respond. The product makes false claims, and as a result has been a huge time and money waste for me.

Don't do it - The app is not user friendly at all. You will not get the flexibility you expect once you upgrade.

Stopped working night before a trade show w/no notice & no customer support - Wanted to love this - put in endless hours to build line sheets for our 1st trade show. Only to then have the entire program & their website crash as I was about to finish & print the line sheets.... AND find out that they cannot be reached! No customer support at least outside of their business hours. You would think that an emergency such as their entire site / software going down would be urgent enough to address it after hours. Anyway, I learned the incredibly hard way that this software cannot be trusted or relied upon. Hoping this review might get someones attention & that they will fix it ASAP.

Loved this application !!!!! - Wow, this made making a line sheet so easy for my winter sale. It takes everything from your bigcommerce store and converts it into easy templates that make for easy customization. I would certainly recommend this program to anyone who wants to save time and make a professional looking price list !

Faster. Simpler. Effective. - A simple solution to reduce a never ending amount of work: catalogs/line sheets. Enough features to be effective, not so much that it will overwhelm you. Could be stronger, but they're working it up. The people working on the other end of their "Chat" know what's going on. Reach out to them once you get going and they'll work with you.
